Why are you trying to excuse and trivialise alledged sexual abuse of a minor?
I don't, I just can't see why these "assaults" are mentioned at all because they are weakening the case against him.AreOut said:

You would try to justify anything these guys do from what I can see. That to me is pretty despicable.
nope, there is no justification for sexual affairs with 14y olds especially if you are over 30jmorgan said:

Both CNN and Fox News are now reporting that Trump is positively defending Moore. Basic line seems to be (a) he denies the allegations against him, so that’s all that needs to be said on that front; and (b) Trump needs a Republican in that senate seat (presumably the driving force behind what Trump is doing).
There’s speculation that Trump might actually campaign for Moore.
This is so fked up it is surreal.
To be fair one Trump has come out against him, Ivanka, and Moore is using the comments in his adverts, along with Jeff Sessions commentsThere’s speculation that Trump might actually campaign for Moore.
This is so fked up it is surreal.
"On Roy Moore's disturbing actions, Ivanka Trump says, 'There's a special place in hell for people who prey on children, and I have no reason to doubt the victims' accounts,'" the narrator in the 30-second ad says. "Jeff Sessions says, 'I have no reason to doubt these young women.' And Richard Shelby says he will 'absolutely not' vote for Roy Moore. Conservative voices, putting children and women over party; doing what's right."
Muellers investigation into Kushners is reported to be looking into trying to influence UN resolution votes

The donald had an hour long phone call with Putin, but he's not long ago had a long private meeting with him
https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2017/1...
Anything to do with all those leaks coming out about Trump jr, or Kushner? Pressure being put on about the sanctions not being relaxed?
meanwhile the donald has gone to Mar-a-lago, Abramovich's yacht has arrived, as has Robert Mercer's, the donalds long time financer.
Well, someones got to pay those legal bills now the republicans aren't

I really didn't follow Moore case but now I see that some accusations are truly ridiculous
"Gloria Thacker Deason[edit]
A fourth woman, Gloria Thacker Deason, in the same The Washington Post report, talks of dating Moore over several months after meeting Moore at the Gadsden Mall when she was 18 and Moore was 32. She claims her dates included bottles of Mateus Rosé wine and tropical cocktails, while the legal drinking age in Alabama at the time was 19. She also states that the dates were approved by her mother, and included kissing, but did not say that Moore forced her into any sort of relationship or sexual contact."
what's exactly his guilt here? She was an adult and she was the one who had to pay attention if it's legal or not to drink alcohol.
"Becky Gray[edit]
Becky Gray said she was 22 and working in the local mall when Moore "started coming up to" her, resulting in her repeatedly rejecting his dating offers. Gray complained to her store manager after becoming disturbed by Moore's advances.[27]"
In other words, men...
"Allegations by other women[edit]
Phyllis Smith, who worked in the local mall, stated that Moore had not approached her personally, but she had seen him talking to other young clerks. She said, "I can remember him walking in and the whole mood would change with us girls ... It would be like we were on guard ... I remember being creeped out." Thus, Smith warned others to "watch out for this guy".["
So now talking with girls other than you is "creepy"? I think "jealousy" is word I'd use here.
So if you give the source, rather than pick out the parts that back up your assumptions."Gloria Thacker Deason[edit]

So what you have here is an older, important man in a position of power and young girls. Who do you think would be believed, or what the girls believed would happen?
It's been reported he's had several converstaions with Trump, I think we can see that from his threats now to sue his accusers, something thats worked very well for the donald in the past.

listen to the recording again.. "they let you do it"
Suggesting you're happy that Trump's boast is all that matters and they did all "let him do it". To me that has the appearance of defending him.You know that feeling when the lid comes off the salt shaker and you just watch it happen unable to process it quickly enough.
I have that feeling with the 45th presidency and its out and out supporters.
That, and I have to admit quite shamefully, and a really large portion of schadenfreude (only towards him mind). It is a horrible emotion to feel, the complete opposite of empathy, but with Trump I really don't care. I luxuriate in it.

Mr L Ball (sports star and son) got into trouble for alleged shoplifting while in China. Mr L Ball (father), wealthy and well known in the US, hasn’t been felt to be sufficiently grateful for the President’s own perception of his (the President’s) personal intervention in the case.
Unbecoming on a grand scale.
Unbecoming on a grand scale.
So the president of the free world is up at 5am and all he is thinking of is a college basketball player and his family. He's gone from praising president Xi Jinping for making it happen to it being all about him.
The guy is dangerously unhinged IMO.
And now he's laying into the NFL again!
Malignant narcissism anyone?

Imagine him giving to charity (although I doubt he ever has without it being for his own gain somehow).Unbecoming on a grand scale.
