On this page - https://www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/your-cou... - it states:

"Having Gypsy sites nearby will increase crime levels? - There is no evidence anywhere to suggest that this is the case."

Is this bks or a fact?

How can it be a fact? Just look at the percentage of 'travellers' prosecuted for something. It far outweighs the non-traveller stats on a per-capita basis..

Playing with words. It's Travellers who cause these problems, not gypsies.

Rounded it up, to make it easier and faster to read and compute.

The thrust is clear. There are a lot of folks from the nomadic caravanning community in jail.
But not enough!

Opportunity then for loads of scrumping.

A young woman also reported a sexual assault. Referring to that crime, Bailey told the meeting: “We had a rape which, whilst at the time we didn’t connect to the group, we are now absolutely connecting.”

It would appear that they've already learned their lessons - play it down, keep the law abiding public scared of sorting it themselves, so nothing, then apologise to aforementioned law abiding citizens after the problem has left...

No one is going to be dragged through the courts/disciplinary process for racist enforcement.

The prosecutor who prosecuted the Rotherham rape gangs, Nazir Afzal, was on the radio a while back talking about domestic and sexual violence (and forced marriages) within the traveller community and how agencies have turned a blind eye to it over the years.

"There are some communities where we have feared to tread, and by 'we' I mean every agency. I am hopeful that no longer exists. It no longer exists as far as I'm concerned, and the last bastion for me is the Traveller community, he said.

Add to that the suggestion that anyone disgusted by it is obviously a police hater.

And...
Norfolk Chief Constable Simon Bailey said:
Two men arrested in connection with the attack were released on police bail on 30 August.
Who have no doubt since left the country via the Irish sea. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting behaviour by the police and the chief contstable should resign immediately.

Cookie cutter response then.

Surprised he hasn't hidden behind the excuse of 'cuts' for being useless, thats the norm usually.

The final frontier? Once one group of 'untouchables' are shown to be, er, collar-felt-touchable, then the flood gates are open #notbeforetime

Surely this could be spun into misconduct - deliberately misrepresenting a range of crimes for their own ends.

They knew exactly what they were doing and there should be consequences.
