(Translation - we knew about him before)

just watching the footage on the BBC site of the bomb.
People peering through windows at it and filming it.
Are they mad?
Surely you get as far away as possible???

He certainly does! And he explained it all in understandable terms - he sounded like he had a terrible cold if it's the same guy. Apparently, he's been part of Cobra meetings when needed.
I've been part of Cobra meetings when needed. I've not been needed yet, but I'm keeping my phone fully charged

Blimey this gets close to home. I caught an earlier train this morning in an effort to not be late due to usual delays.

Had I caught my usual train, I could have easily been on that tube.

A lot of friends and colleagues use that line around that time.

Disappointing to see so many having a joke about this incident. I hope the 22 in hospital find it just as amusing.

Shortly to be named in the American media no doubt.

Trump apparently tweeted that the identity was known before the UK police released that fact

Hope all injured make a full recovery.

Hope the scum is snuffed out before the end of the day.
If snuffed out means, as ruskies would put it, 'neutralized', I'm with you on that one.

This is what I say to all my friends and family abroad when they call up worried about how I am during an incident! We are British & Londoners, we just get back on the next train and carry on. No big deal!

Tragic things do happen, but we keep the show on the road!

I remember I went to France once, it was only 65 years earlier that D-Day happened, thank god I missed that one.

Thats very true, he used to be the annoying lefty but a broad pallete of voices are good for ones balence, but he just doesnt have anything of value to add to the conversation now; everthing is focused on from such a fundamentally bigoted perspective, like you wouldn't try to have a serious conversation about immigration with someone who had a swastica tattoed on their forhead. I actually half expected this of him but the nature of the colossal assertion of how he managed to twist it into an anti-right vehicle still caught me. Its a shame as he's far from stupid, I ponder how much hes consciously aware hes doing it and how much its just "gods work" delusion.

After 10 odd years of having LBC on in the van I turned it off during the grenfell tower coverage which I found appalling and now I have no regular headline/breaking news input at all which I'm not happy about.
