AshVX220 didn't answer my question so maybe you could - what options/"possible solutions" are the Alt-Right giving ?
What is YOUR idea?
So you've got no idea either. Apart from "deport all brown people" I'm guessing....?

As i said above give the Police and the Security Services the resources they need and let them get on with the job. They're the experts in the matter. The last thing we need to do is listen to a bunch of frothing nutjobs and use what they say as a basis for formulating our national security policies.

I agree in part; we let the authorities deal with it, but whilst they seem very adept at responding to acts, threats they seem less well-equipped for - not least because the laws on 'wanting to be a terrorist' are hazy and ineffective - and of measures to prevent future terrorism either being imported or home grown I perceive yet fewer effective means.

In medical terms, we seem to be tackling symptoms not causes.

Of course we are, but we have no idea of what to do with the cause hence the "nothing to do with Islam" mantra.

Even with more resources all the Security Services can do is increase monitoring of members of the Muslim community, their Mosques, Schools etc, which will go down like a cup of cold sick. Flooding muslim areas with police may well do a great deal to stop Muslim terrorism, but it will do nothing to improve relations with society.

Despite all of this, the words, the influence which these people rely on is still written down in their holy texts. - which is the cause we cant address.

I thought that was a bit strange as well.

Perhaps the initial charges are 'nailed on' and any terrorism related matters can follow after more in depth investigation.

Not yet. Presumably they're still trying to find evidence of any link to terrorism - whether he claimed it was being done as a strike on behalf of IS, or evidence of links to terrorist organisations.

I've already stated twice what my ideas are .

Literacy doesn't appear to be one of your strong points.

Letting the police and security services "get on with it" is not an idea.

Imagination is clearly not your strong point.

Daily Mail rewrite their headline after one of those arrested was released without charge.
His mother is currently in hospital in Egypt having had a serious heart attack just after his arrest - http://www.heraldscotland.com/news/15552025.Mother...

Our Police and Security services have developed over a couple of hundred years. They're amongst the best-trained and best- equipped in the World. They have entire departments dedicated to fighting Terrorism, which they have been doing quite successfully, for several tens of years. Based on that I'd say it's a pretty good idea.

I'd also say that, based on the evidence of your postings, you're a blithering idiot who doesn't have any idea other than to keep asking me if "I've got any idea".

Those must be the same security services who grouped, trained, armed and financed domestic fighting units to fight in Libya.
One of which then went on to blow himself up in Manchester ruining the lives of 1000's.

It would definitely be a very good idea to stop doing stuff like that.

"Quite successfully" isn't good enough though.

Ever the optimist. For some reason we can't help ourselves.
Keith Kyles' Suez makes for an interesting read.
