I don't know if this has been mentioned as to be blunt I don't want to wade back through several pages of well known posters choosing to belittle each other.

I do think that the press are now in the titillation phase of it all and are now skewering things to add in a Harvey angle
This caught my eye and it was clearly designed to:

She could easily have just said Miramax but chose to thank him personally.

I can imagine her saying "No Harvey, I do not want to consciously couple with you" hehe Who knows what goes on in that woman head.

When David Carr wrote about “The Emperor Miramaximus” in 2001 for New York magazine — several years after the unpleasant experience Paltrow described for the first time this past week to The Times — he quoted her saying: “I think that for every bad story you hear about Harvey, there are three great ones. People are complicated, and nobody’s all good or all bad.”"

wow - don't get me wrong - that would annoy me massively...........but how is that remotely relevant to the sexual harassment stuff on this wker form Hollywood?

The press are total wkers - are they assuming because he is drunk, and put his hand on the young ladies face, in a room full of people, with her boyfriend in view..........that he is also a rapist?

I feel for Mr B in this story - if being a drunk dick head is a crime, once, years ago...........we won't have enough handcuffs to go around

"It's not unusual to be loved by anyone
It's not unusual to have fun with anyone"

Jones also has an allegation of abuse around himself, being investigated for the alleged rape of a 14 year old many years back.

And so it starts.
There will now be lots of innuendo lots of half baked theories lots of non claim claims and lots of guilt by association

Jeremy Thorpe: The Silent Conspiracy
The Thorpe descent into infamy with the collusion of the establishment is well covered in 'A Very English Scandal' by John Preston (2016, no connection to me). Just about every level involved in the cover up and terrified of it being revealed. This is unarguably a sleazy part of the country's history and it's significant that no contradictory historical account seems to be on offer.

A terrific book that shows just how widespread establishment corruption has been (possibly still is).

That's very old news. It was by Joe Meek (of Telstar fame and murder-suicide infamy).

Tom Jones never complained about sexual harassment (or the biohazard risk) when hundreds of women were throwing their undies at him in the '70s and '80s.

i heard on radio 5live today that weinstein had his membership of the BFI (or something) withdrawn. so is he being found guilty by various bodies such as this? this does not sit well by me.
if the allegations against him are true , he obviously deserves everything he gets, but it appears that he is being treated as guilty before he is tried in court.
