"No deal" means nothing. British citizens across Europe with no right to live or work anymore. EU citizens in the same boat here. Flights grounded as no right to carry out their journeys. Lorries queued up at Dover and Calais... etc etc.

If you think there will be solutions agreed to any of those things - that'll be the deal we're talking about, so it's not "no deal".

What "bad deal" would be worse than that?
Can you seriously imagine any scenario where the airlines just stop flying? Honestly?
Money talks. Whatever the outcome, business will continue.
Very true. Business continued for centuries before the EU, and will continue.

Of course it is in the interests of the EU to make us get "as bad a deal as possible" - they are staring down a black fiscal hole if we simply dropped out with no deal.....but at the same time they will know we have to get something to avoid this so-called "hard Brexit".

Listening to Tusk and Juncker on Friday, it felt like they are reassessing things and starting to make more positive noises.....they ultimately want a UK that will continue to help fund the EU gravy train, and I imagine in some ways we still will.

Still, a long way to go, plenty more posturing to be done.....

In answer to the OP....I could never vote Corbyn: love they way Labour hang on to the fact that the Tory's are in disarray: their own Labour MPs roundly rejected Corbyn, they need reminding of that at every opportunity!

Are you making things up?

For example, the Spanish have unilaterally confirmed that in the event of a Hard Brexit, Brits will be allowed to stay, and they want to keep things as they are- 17 Million Brits visit Spain every year, and they will be ensuring that they can still come - so no flights will be grounded to Spain.

Yes and that means allowing spanish imigrants to stay here, itll be no bueno when we impose limits on immigration from spain
Who has ever said they would be sent home ? Th point is control going forward, it was always going to be this way, in Spain most British people are pensioners with disposable income, it would have devastated their economy with any other outcome, unless you were listening to project fear as a few on here were.

But getting pissed they spend lots of money,I have no problem with Spain imposing controls on anybody who wants to live in Spain, why would I ? If I wanted to live in the USA or Australia I would have to meet certain criteria, the same will now apply to Europe.
