Is that Prince Andrew behind her?
Don't be daft. laugh
All these experts on Priti Priti who know all about her and hate her, yet don't know the guy behind?

I'd say at a good guess it's her hubbie.
He's a tall bloke. wink

For the fans:

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2020/jul/05/p...

It was a sidebar suggestion from an article about her statement on the Leicester clothes making sweatshops and the need to strengthen the Modern Slavery Act when the problem has been known about for at least a decade, half a decade before that Bill was passed.

How absolutely charming. And completely irrelevant, as are posts of the opposite nature. Its all rather pathetic on here at times.

Is it 'woke' now to call out internet misogyny then?

It's not the 1970s any more

To be fair to HannsG, I am a bit of a hypocrite as I have quite vocally and regularly criticised Patel on this, and other, forums. Admittedly my criticism has been about my perceptions of her ability to perform in the posts she has held in government, but each to their own. We all have differing agendas and parameters within which we feel comfortable expressing ourself. I'm sure HannsG is a perfectly nice fellow in reality and his virtual persona is merely a foil for his usual gentle, kind, respectful and mannerful self. The problem with creating these virtual personas is, however, that we rarely meet the real individual, so there is a danger that we just assume the poster is a mannerless oaf/wker. I'm sure this is not the case for HanssG but, having "woke' me to the possibility, he is perhaps the architect of his own downfall?

Pretty distasteful. I’m not sure those kind of comments have any real time or place at all but if they do, a public forum isn’t it.

Classic beta-male behaviour if you ask me.

More frequently you need tact, diplomacy and in depth understanding of policy. All of which she is lacking.

She's useless and an inveterate liar, which is why she was drummed out of cabinet last time around.

Fitting in well with the rest of the Cabinet there.

I see the latest "news" is a video of Priti Patel in some video conference wrangling a large mug.
