Ministers found to have lied will be expected to tender their resignation - that's part of the ministerial code that she has signed.
I assume that she will be looking in her handbag for a first class stamp as we speak. Or do you think there may be some "excuse"?

I think you'll fine that there will be an inquiry and it will transpire to be a "non-material breach of the Code"...... I assume that she will be looking in her handbag for a first class stamp as we speak. Or do you think there may be some "excuse"?

The ministerial code will be ignored. Even when ministers have been caught with their hand in the till (dodgy procurement, etc), breaking the law, or whatever, they'll ignore it.I assume that she will be looking in her handbag for a first class stamp as we speak. Ultimately, what is "expected" requires moral behaviour on the part of the MP in question. It's absent, so you can safely ignore precedents that have a moral basis.
Doesn't even seem like it's open to dispute what she said v what she was told.

So all asylum seekers should have a private room with en-suite? Sounds good, where are they?
I hear that recently hotels have been quite quiet for the last year or soMaybe instead of paying furlough money to the hotel chains hmg could have done a deal with a few hotel chains

Funny how it's fine to boo them then it's all about wanting to jump on the success.

I hope England goes all the way because I want to hear (some) "supporters" boo their own team before a major final. https://twitter.com/pritipatel/status/141143089029...

They are booing the England players for taking the knee.
FA Statement:
"They are doing this as a mechanism of peacefully protesting against discrimination, injustice and inequality. This is personally important to the players and the values the team collectively represents."
Yes, but why are they booing it? Has anybody actually found out? FA Statement:

Is it because they are racist? Because they don’t believe in the political group that spawned it? Or some other reason?

Ah yes the footballers and the manager who have explained numerous times quite eloquently why they're doing it v the "fans" who having listened to the numerous explanations believe they know better.
Then you have the politicians like Patel and Johnson who simply seek to use it to whatever advantage they think they can spin it so a few weeks ago it was fine to boo the players now we should all get behind them.
And the footballers are the ignorant ones.
Righto.
