I agree; I'm quite tormented about which one to buy next.

Loving the idea of arming teachers.

Think back to your school teachers

How many of them would you trust with a gun?

I went to a comedy night recently.

The comedian said “I don’t really want someone who loses it about me not wearing the right blazer carrying a gun.”

Hard to disagree with that.

Have you ever got angry about something trivial. Hell, I got angry recently because the idiots at McDonalds didn't put my apple pie in the bag when I went through the drive through. Would you trust yourself with a gun?

I can't think of any of my teachers that I think could not be trusted with a gun. I do not think arming teachers is a good idea, but that is a separate topic to which teachers could be trusted with guns.

AFAIK mass shootings are when 4 or more people have been killed.
What if someone goes a bit postal and shoots 20 people who survive, then that's not a mass shooting?

Is there an equivalence table, 4 injured = 1 killed for example?
Nope, doesn't count. It only takes into account the deaths of the victims, & excludes the death of the perpetrator if they are stopped by deadly force. From my limited understanding; most of the mass shooting stats are attributed to gang violence, hence the world media only picking up on the "postal' incidents.
Doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Mass killing, yes.

I was watching Active Shooter about the Batman movie shooting. One of the survivors was hit from a 5.56mm bullet, he's still in a lot of pain and walks with a limp. These smaller calibre bullets do some tremendous damage.

Most mass shootings attributed to gang violence?? Where does that come from?

I don't think that's the case.

I watched the Columbine episode.
Very sad, going postal has now been replaced by doing a columbine.
It's a great fact that their original plans all went wrong immediately.

You've got to admire how much Americans value their rights and freedom.

Perhaps that's why their country has prospered whilst ours has become irrelevant.
