Don’t upset him Mutph. We may lose the tapestry!!!
I like that Macron is trolling us with the loan of the Bayeux tapestry & it's flying over so many heads in the most delightful way.
The symbolism seems to have escaped most.

How would you reciprocate, Eddie?
Isn't the sword Henry V carried at Agincourt lurking somewhere under St Paul's?

I don't see what the big deal is, it's perfectly normal? When I was at uni the prospective doctors and engineers were forever busting caps in eachother and lobbing stones at the police
"busting caps"? Did you go to Uni in an American ghetto?
Unfortunately not. I turned up at the border with no money or ID, said I was a 13 year old qualified doctor, and they wouldn't let me in! Bunch of bigots.

Why bother.

They have a constant reminder of who is boss anyway - it's called Brittany.

I must say that my first thought was "fk you" when i heard about the tapestry possibly coming over. Then i thought the poor loves, not had much luck since then have they. Bless.
