Actually, I apologise. Seeing Goaty's post of the full video, it's not an edited piece in the Tweet. I was just struck by the staccato nature of his responses.

The point was rather that V8mate had correctly spotted the existence of heavy editing.
While it is actually a terrible interview in any case, the edits, which includes splicing sentences together, intentionally changes the meaning of some Peterson's statements in an attempt to show Peterson in a bad light.
