I didn't say OK for you but for Mueller who didn't indict thousands of illegals meddling in US elections.
So if I went to the US and waved a placard at a political rally you'd expect Mueller to indict me?

They must be innocent. Putin said so.
Nothing to do with Mr T Rump either.

Although there's pretty good evidence fromtrumps tweets, Putin sponsoring the Moscow Miss world etc, that the decision to run for preseident was taken in Nov 2013 and the Russians knew this, hence they're ramping up.

Yes there was Russian involvement. Big time. They have only said it was without American involvement and can’t say if it affected votes (as that’s probably impossible to determine).
The announcement was made to block Trump from stopping the other investigations which it is impossible for him do now.
Correct. They were very careful to say that THESE indictments do not concern American persons. We don't know how many as yet unsealed indictments have already been handed down or how many are yet to come. Meanwhile we have Flynn, Gates, Papadopolous and who knows who else fully co-operating with the special counsel.

Your second point is also very valid and was mentioned here by many commentators last night. Mueller is no fool. Yesterday's disclosures make it almost impossible for Trump to try to stop the investigation.
Let's imagine you're rosenstein, you fancy keeping your job at least until the investigation is over...

Trump was briefed by the security services on 17 Aug 2016 about the Russian interference yet continued to deny they had anything to do with it.

Reading muellers indictment it says "communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the trump campaign" , so it doesn't say no collusion at all.

Reading the huge indictment, it in fact claims that tehrussians had a three year scheme to stir political trouble, damage clintons presidential campaign, support Jill stein, Bernie Saunders and later trump.

The claims from team trump that the Russians did nothing have been proven to be false.

By this criteria? Absolutely.

Just me who finds it ironic the Americans getting upset at someone interfering in their elections?!

Not sure what criteria you're referring to, but let's try another.

If there was a march against the Tories in the UK and some of the EU citizens living in the UK took part, would you expect to see them arrested and charged with a crime?

There's a certain irony after all the CIA etc work in the past attempting regime change. However those when discovered had their countries leaders complaining about it, not saying it never happened.

Manafort is facing further charges from bank fraud. Looks like with gates that mueller doesn't need manafort's testimony or a plea deal.

Reddit submissions linking to "Twitter-Russian troll" accounts:
https://www.reddit.com/user/f_k_a_g_n/comments/7ee...

Mostly aimed at conservative and Trump subs with a strong showing for the SCW (Syrian Civil War) sub and small subs that can be brigaded on to the front page due to how the reddit algorithm works.

The only thing that surprises me is how small the Russian presence is given that Reddit is one of the most popular sites in America. A couple of thousand posts, mostly to The_Donald sub, is a drop in the ocean compared to the reach of Fox news and the divisive information pollution carried in its news stream.

It's not like Fox are unique in this either, I stopped paying attention to the BBC news years ago and on the rare occasions I see it am always shocked at how much de-platforming and partial information there is, the Guardian has spent years trying to convince me that groups like Nusra and Ahrar are 'moderate rebels' and not islamic nutcases bent on violent jihad to bring about sharia law in Syria.

There's a problem here and it's not the Russians, they're just trolling wink

You are using an awful lot of buzzwords in that post. Can you use real English please?

The most interesting people to listen to now are American conservatives and Republican supporters who are extremely worried by Trump. These are people who have no love for the Clintons nor the Democrats. They have strong conservative leanings and would always have looked on themselves as ardent Republicans.

But they are NOT Trump supporters.

Apart from blaming the people who didn’t try hard enough to report the latest school shooter, he is now saying the maybe the FBI would have done something if they weren’t so busy with the Russia probe.

What an utter, utter scumbag.

Unless there is blame to be apportioned, of course.

S'bout Russians tryin ta fake the 'merican elections, innit?

<><><>

Sub - Reddit is divided in to subreddits, each of which is like an individual forum. Subs can be created by anyone.
Brigading - Mass voting by interested parties, in this case Russians.

Reddit is the world's largest news aggregator, it was designed as a medium for information exchange that bypasses the control of the press barons, relying on the votes of the site's users to order news items instead of having an editor. It was invented by Aaron Swartz who was a research fellow at Harvard studying institutional corruption and a lifelong campaigner for freedom of information. His life was destroyed by American authorities and he hung himself in January 2013.

The point I made by posting this link earlier was to show that Russian penetration on to reddid was minimal and almost entirely confined to The_Donald which is a total loony bin anyway.

9 Russian tweets were posted to the politics sub and 10 to the news sub, meaning in plain english that Russian twitter efforts gained negligible traction among the wider news audience on Reddit and had no significant impact on which news stories people were seeing on their news feeds.

The only other place Russian tweets gained traction on Reddit was the Syrian Civil War sub which I have been reading for years and can say that exactly zero regulars there will be surprised about Russian propaganda, it's no better or worse than the other propaganda machines which post there.

Anybody wanting to know the nature and scope of the Russian interference in US politics described in the indictment should read this thread:
