All politicians do that.

Trump just makes it more obvious, which to me is a good thing.
Politicians lie but they're absolutely capable of telling the truth too when it suits.

Trump is mentally ill and his narcissistic personality disorder doesn't allow him to actually conceptualise the truth, let alone tell it. 72 years of seriously bad parenting, a maladaptive upbringing, horrendous business ethics, permanent relationship problems, yes men and zero consequences have led to this.

Everything that comes out of his mouth is a delusion twisted to suit himself and tie absolutely everything else back to him in some way, shape or form.

That's not a strategy, that's not lying and making it obvious. He lies because he doesn't know he's lying.

How that can be a good thing. The most powerful position on the planet, in charge of thousands of nuclear warheads, completely delusional and grandiose and completely incapable of taking even the slightest knock against his wafer thin ego, I'm really not sure.

If you think he's a good thing, even in the twisted, lying minefield of politics, then you need help yourself.

As an aside, where has AreOut gone?

Politicians are generally very careful about making absolute statements that people can hold them too, sometimes get tripped up years later.

Trump literally does this in the same breath.

He literally has a tweet on every position possible.

It's not that he just lies he shotguns bullst everywhere and keeps layering it on burying everyone else so deep they can't breathe

All the anti Trumpers need to take a deep breath and get a bit of perspective.

I post on this thread occasionally and am derided for being a Trump supporter. I'm called ignorant, flat earther and all sorts of derogatory names. Yet if you only had the ability to take your blinkers off and read what I actually write, you'll realise that I don't support him at all. I merely point out facts...
You are a very, very long way away from ‘merely pointing out facts’.

You seem unable or unwilling to listen to or understand the wealth of information that regularly contradicts your ‘facts’.

And you do a very convincing impression of someone who greatly admires trump.

It probably is trump though the spelling is too good.

You do know he is nowhere near being a billionaire? He has been bankrupt on numerous occasions? He is not actually a very good businessman?

I am not going to trawl through your dullard posts.

Trump has a 757, so in your mind he's amazing. I can't get down to that level. Sorry.

Who gives a fk if he's got $500m or $5bn?

Why would I need to do any research into his business affairs? He's got a fking Boeing 757-200 private jet!

He has all the trappings of a billionaire, he lives the lifestyle of a billionaire, he owns his own golf courses, hotels and restaurants.

As far as I can see he has lived this life all of his life.
What did you make of him repeatedly calling up Forbes pretending to be someone else, and lying through his teeth, in order to get bumped up on their rich list?

You come across as such a tt.

He has a 757-200. Is that not successful enough for you?

He is a driven goal oriented individual and has been incredibly successful. That is an undeniable fact.

Live with it, suck it up, the man has achieved everything he's ever wanted to.
Would you do business with him?

If you're impressed by his wealth, I suggest you look at how he got it and wonder how he didn't lose it, despite his numerous bankruptcies.
As discussed here last week he's nowhere near as wealthy as he proclaims.

I read an article regarding his finances and basically it said, he'd be a wealthier man today if he'd just stuck his inheritance in the bank and never entered into business.

Hardly the midas touch, is it...

Aren't you the one who posts links, where you've clearly only read the headline and not the article itself?

Those sort of facts?

To be fair, the debate is really about Trump - not about someone who calls himself Coyft on PH.

I dont give a st about what coyft thinks or who he supports or even his facts. Utterly irrelevant to me,

I base my opinion of trump on what he tweets, says, and does, and plainly he's a massive cock

He's clearly an entitled narcissistic trust fund child with a nasty streak who has been pandered to his whole life.

Which is fine.

But it's wholly unsuited to political office.

Many people in the US seem to have fallen for the image as portrayed in "The Apprentice". They obviously didn't realise that much "reality" TV of this nature is really the complete opposite - cardboard sets held together with staples and sticky tape, cardboard participants and cardboard hosts.

They now have a cardboard President and already the set is beginning to fall apart when it is subject to any stress.
