Well, we'd know if he released his tax returns. Of course that also might show what his true worth is, how much in debt he is...
Or had put his business interests into a blind trust so that someone independent could work out the state of them.

20 further sealed indictments - probably against trump and trump family members
at least 4 of team trump are cooperating as witnesses
whilst 5 have already pleaded guilty

It's interesting that Coyft seems to think the Dear Leader's economic policies fed through into the unemployment rate instantaneously on him assuming power leading to a historic fall in the numbers. I'm curious as to what those policies might be. It can't be the tax cuts, because they didn't come in until after the figures flatlined. Any idea Coyft?

There is a perfect example of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

I have stated that since Trump came into power unemployment has fallen and is currently at a 17 year low. You accuse me of lying and trolling and yet provide your own evidence that backs up my claim.

I’ll just leave you guys in your echo chamber for the moment.
You're quite special, aren't you?

You were obviously attributing some credit to Trump for this statistic; your post wasn't a simple bland "look at this correlation between two unrelated events - the Trump Presidency and the employment figures", because that would a literally pointless point.

It is interesting to see the "style" of the I-like-Trump-but-I'm-not-really-pro-Trump posters in this thread. You're not the first to adopt this style of posting half a point then rowing back from it frantically whilst claiming to have a monopoly on the "facts" and at the same time not being pro-Trump. The interesting part, you see, is the similarities between your approach to facts (ie: unburdened by them; not caring what they are) and that of the Orange Marvel himself.

Why would I try and counter argue? Forbes list is the major one recognised, there are numerous sources that estimate his wealth in the billions. You don’t live his lefestyle on a few million.
Well you clearly haven't read the article because the author doesn't suggest that Trump is now living on "just a few million".

For someone who claimed not long ago to only deal in facts, it's incongruous you didn't read the article before commenting.

As far as I know Trump has never been committed of any criminal offence. If his wealth is derived and protected by criminal means, he’s been very smart in evading the law!
If you're a criminal its generally considered a normal, average thing to evade the law.

Please do worry about the facts.

Under Trumps stewardship unemployment has fallen to a 17 year low.

And you know why it's relatively static now? Because it's almost impossible to get to zero unemployment. Once you get to levels this low, it's very hard to match up skillsets and geographical locations between the available jobs and available workforce. So what do employers need to do to fill skilled jobs? That's right, they need to recruit overseas. If that's the case, an anti immigrant stance is not useful for business growth.

Great for skilled workers - they can easily demand higher salaries. Less great for businesses trying to grow (or replace staff from natural attrition).

Listen to what Venatti says at 4.50 in this interview with Joe and Mika on "Morning Joe" yesterday morning.

If you recall, Michael Cohen has admitted to running a legal practice which only has three clients - Donald Trump, Sean Hannity and the Trump Organisation. However, he also admitted there was a fourth client called Elliot Broidy, whom Cohen had arranged a $1.5 million settlement and NDA in respect of an abortion.

Venatti is now hinting that the $1.5 million pay out may not have been in respect of Broidy.

Very interesting - as the German soldier used to say in "The Rowan and Martin Laugh-In".

Looks like the story of Broidy paying a Porn Star $1.6million over two years to have an abortion was just him taking one for the team.

and by team I mean Trump:

This line made me chuckle:

'My hope is that Cohen walks into Robert Mueller’s office and asks for a bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, coffee in a Styrofoam cup and a pack of Newport 100s and then starts flipping like dropped nickel on a linoleum floor.'

The only issue with that is the footer on page 1 cites an article from November 28, 2018 wink

But yes, these are the questions I was asking recently, albeit in a far less technically specific way

He just flips to various topics, often with no prompting by the interviewer. He could use interviews to talk about policies and upcoming agenda but constantly talks around 'no collusion' and 'Comey'

He has certainly been "smart" in using the US bankruptcy laws as a means of paring debt. He also has a reputation for renegotiating after the fact where people cannot afford a strung out court case and accept a lower figure.

This may have been a successful method though lacking morals in business but as a blueprint for running a country should set off some alarm bells.

With the spotlight on POTUS the question of morals and integrity become a lot more relevant in his new role. Also at a time when businesses are coming under far more scrutiny for financial and corporate responsibility having a bit of a dodgy businessman in charge seems to simply invite trouble what with so many skeletons in the cupboard!

Personally I think he has such a dodgy background and ideals that he represents a bygone era, the world has moved on and trying to go back to the good old days is guaranteed to attract a following with rose tinted spectacles and misguided belief he can do for the country what he did for his personal wealth but he can't throw the country into a chapter if the debts get out of hand!
