This, this is quite key. Unaccompanied children, found by the state with no guardian.. What is the state supposed to do with those? throw them back?
F12's continuous defence of this policy is quite frankly appalling that he believes trumps odious tissue of lies and continues to repeat them despite many articles/evidence to the contrary.
First time illegal entry to the states is a misdemeanor offence and was treated as such as so families were taken to processing centers. By criminalising all entries, it forced the separation of children.
Worse than this, because of the sheer numbers suddenly put into the system, they have lost track of where those children have been placed once moved out of the detention system. We only know where some were moved to overnight so no-one saw because the airlines are now refusing to take more.
Over 250 moved in the middle of the night to New York to be placed with foster families? Hows that going to help reunite the children when they are moved a significant distance away from the parents? What happens to those children in the future if they aren't returned and stay in the foster system because they are 'lost'? trumps killed Daca

Sarah Huckabee Saunders and her deputy haven't run a press conference all week. The other night she was asked to leave a restaurant because the staff took a vote and decided not to serve her.

Manafort and his lawyers are now asking the judge to bar Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team from even mentioning during the trial that Manafort worked for Trump. Is this a last desperate attempt at a trump pardon now he's lost the recent case so all evidence seized can be used in his trial.
This includeds that special storage locker stuffed full of incriminating evidence said to prove all the charges against him and more.
Or is this that that evidence contains much more that will come out?
Papadopoulos’ sentencing hearing is on September 7th. He's pleaded guilty to watered down charges after becoming a witness for Mueller. This will be interesting to see what Mueller is establishing as the baseline for the minimum amount of punishment for those Trump advisers who did the least wrong, and were the quickest to cooperate.
If he's pushing for others to take a deal this would have been much sooner, so is this an indication he's got what he needs now and doesn't need any more witnesses?

So again, I'll point out the difference is that Obamas response was to a problem caused by the sudden increase in numbers of unaccompanied children arriving, fleeing violence.
Trumps problem is all of is own making. He's decided to do this to act as a deterrent. The numbers arriving haven't increased, not even reached normal levels for this time of year
