People who work at KFC only ever seem to have half clue. If you go to McD, then the people there have noticeably more clue.
I've been to KFCs in normal opening hours, without any meat substitution crisis, and they have still been out of chicken.
Never ceases to amaze me how KFC outlets at motorway services always fail to predict lunch time rush hour and are woefully underprepared.I've been to KFCs in normal opening hours, without any meat substitution crisis, and they have still been out of chicken.
On that topic, I notice that Eurotunnel failed to predict the half term rush last week.

I'm amazed they have allowed this to go so wrong. Some ops guys are surely for the chop after this.
Fun fact - Nando's and KFC get some of their chickens from the same supplier.
is that like Jamie Oliver and Wetherspoons getting their steak form the same place.Fun fact - Nando's and KFC get some of their chickens from the same supplier.
Although in this instance not for much longer with the wobbly tongued cheeky chappy it seems

One assumes that DHL, when bidding for the contract, would have made assurances that they could handle it and would have made internal logistical arrangements to cover it
Meanwhile...in the real worldBid for contract.
Undercut everyone else.
Panic when they accept.
Balls it up while quoting 'Lessons will be learned' repeatedly.
