KFC runs out of chicken
Discussion
"KFC said more than 97% of its restaurants were now open for business, but there would be "some limited menus" before full service was resumed."
If they still have 3% of sites shut then whoever handles logistics needs a kick up the ass.
On a semi-related note, in my younger years I was the manager for a KFC in Manchester, and even 20 years ago the planning to balance orders in advance against usage and wastage was a nightmare. I once ran out of fresh chicken bits (except burger stuff) because the IRA decided to plant some "devices" under bridges on the M6, and my delivery was fecked. Had all sorts of wisecracks from the locals.

Bidvest has agreed to take back up to 350 KFC deliveries.
I wonder what price they stated I'm surprised to see no mention of any resignations, at KFC and at DHL. You would expect a head or two to have rolled at each.
