I do not regard all Remain voters in the same way. Pretty much just you at present - you're an idiot or a troll or both. I don't ignore the opposing view, just cretinous ones (whether for Leave or Remain).

Where Brexit is concerned, immigrants views are less of a priority than nationals. When said immigrant believes Merkel seems to have all the answers, it will impact my view of his opinion.
Boom! Bloody immigrants eh? Like something on the bottom of your shoe sometimes, isn't it.

You claim to understand the other side but are laughably ignorant about wider perspectives. And resort to insults when pointed out.

That in part is what brexit is about so not too surprising.

Not in the slightest.

Any government is elected and answerable primarily - over and above any external agreements - by its extant population. Be they indigenous, or recent immigrants, they are the priority, not anyone else.

We may have obligations with regard to refugees and, for now, EU immigrants, but that does not change the core principals of British democracy.

IFG say if we refuse the EU will likely take us to court.

The NAO assessement is broadly saying a sinilar thing.

The fact that the IFG say it would go to court is an admission that we can't just walk away.

So May is incompetent trying to threaten we can. Hopeless negotiating. Its like they are begging for a check vote.

Corbett makes a good case; is there a clip of kipper Batten moaning about it too?

EU have boxed her in on NI border - perhaps she can offer to lend the EU our Home Office IT skills and set up an iphone app to do DIY ANPR on the NI border. Thats the kind of talent that is being relied on now to deliver a deal......

Gloria....I can only imagine your mood immediately after you had seen Murph use the word immigrant. rofl Not everyone thinks the word immigrant is some form of xenophobic insult the way you do. " Like something on the bottom of your shoe " as you put it. Has the mask has slipped? Did you have another of your projection episodes.

Out of interest, which word would prefer to be used instead of, the technically accurate, immigrant?

i'm sorry but your take on his post says a lot more about you than it does him. i read the inference as people that may only be here for a short time ,like say football managers, have less of a say than someone that will be here for the long haul. at no time while living and or working abroad did i ever feel the need to get involved in the countries politics.

i can imagine you were a right pain in the arse for the local french politicians in your area though wink.

I know you are a bit pissed at the moment as you take a fair amount of stick on this forum, but I'd say avoid the temptation to start implying the r word against Murph7355. There are plenty of unsavoury characters on NP&E who deserve being called out, but I think we both know it is below the belt to target that accusation at Murph7355.

More bile and total misrepresentation of what someone has written.

There's never more than a few days between each sleight on posters on your part.

If your not calling someone a racist based on posts about something nothing at all to with the subject, calling someone homophobic with zero justification, or calling someone a Tommy Robinson follower/supporter based on nothing other than posting a link to a thread about the Guy, nothing seems beneath you!

Typical ///ajd, no change after 2 years.

I last checked in a few days back and ///ajd was accusing someone else of being racist.

I don't think he is a well man.

I've suddenly noticed the similarity between these groups and the anti-vaccine crowd - evidence free nonsense to support a completely unjustified position. It's quite disturbing really.

Are you really this slow? Of course you are - hence your brexit vote.

“Like something on the bottom of your shoe” is a parody of the way sone of the charmers here refer to immigrants.

Parody means I’m mocking such views.

You may think its fine to treat immigrants as second class citizens. Lower prioirty.

Who has referred to immigrants as st? It's not something i have seen written in here by anyone except you.

With regards to who gets priority, the whole point of citizenship is that the citizen of a nation has more rights (and obligations) than non citizens. That's why Immigrants strive to become citizens of their new countries the world over. Are you suggesting that situation is abnormal?

Parody, right, course it was.
Just like your Ghosn comments, pure burlesque.
The only person that has mentioned treating immigrants like 2nd class
citizens is you. Why is that?

Begging now Theresa? Really? Not very "Great Britain" behaviour, is it?

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/bre...

"Please please please let us protect our Financial Services sector - we hold all the cards, you can sell BMWs, pleaase please please, no deal is better than a poor deal. Did we say pretty please?"

The Brussels Brexit chief also brushed away claims by British commentators that European businesses "desperately needs the City of London" for finance. He cited research by the European Central Bank that any problem caused by losing access to London's banks "appears limited" and said the claim was "not what we hear from market participants, and is not the analysis that we have made ourselves".

How utterly utterly pathetic.
