When all the people of the World realise that it is quite possible to believe something different to your neighbour and not have to kill them for holing a different view.

So basically never.

Maybe when they start protesting with placards, and not burning tyres and incendiary devices.

Don't throw stones at people with Guns....

Especially if these people have a track record of shooting stone throwers.

Way too late for that in that neck of the woods unfortunately. Especially with the interference from the West over the last 70yrs.

I don't ever see an end to it.

Build a massive wall around the whole region and pretend it never existed.

Well they also dropped leaflets saying

news said:
Leaflets dropped over Gaza by army jets warned that those approaching the border “jeopardize” their lives. The warning said the army is “prepared to face all scenarios and will act against every attempt to damage the security fence or harm IDF soldiers or Israeli civilians.”
Now, given that Israel has a very proven track record of shooting people at the drop of a hat, when they drop leaflets telling you that "if you do X, you will be shot at", it's a little bit hard to see why people thought doing "X" would result in something other than being shot.

Of course the logical answer to people burning tyres is to open fire killing 41 including 6 children.

Actions have consequences. They will not always be equal, but this is known. Warnings made clear, warnings ignored. You takes your chances...

A ‘great day for peace’, he says with a straight face.

“Thank you President Trump for having the courage to keep your promises,” says the prime minister, to strong applause.

This is “a great day for Israel, it’s a great day for America,” says Netanyahu, “but I believe it’s also a great day for peace.””

Posted to the US Embassy in Jerusalem will be akin to being a German soldier being posted to the Eastern Front in 1944.

When will the killing end?
It won't, it will get worse over time.

Two things driving it all IMO; 1st is social media and its ability to quickly polarize and rally people en-mass, 2nd is global population increase and the demand for resources.

The people of Gaza have choices...stark ones: to die on their knees or die on their feet.

Bloody Sunday happened once, but they get one practically every week.
