Do you want a fact ?

Hammer away all you like but it does not change the FACT that if they stopped attacking the border/"Jews" then the deaths would stop.
That's not a fact. Don't use words that you don't understand the meanings of.

How's that not a fact? Really, if the hamas quit attacking Israel, all would be quiet.
I suspect you, & most other keyboardists here on PH have never set foot in the ME, let alone Gaza or Israel.

It's not a fact. It's an opinion of a numpty pretending to be a doctor/dentist.
What is 'keyboardists'?

Weren't you the one 'laughing' of how muslims treat women? What do you think of the state where there are bus routes where women are required to sit in the back?

Quite. We have communities in the UK, including Muslim & Jewish communities, where they don 't integrate (with the wider community or between men & women), carry on old-school traditions, have single faith schools, etc. Much of the population don't like it, including many jews & muslims. It's no different in Israel. It's a country with a wide range of people, the majority of whom are jewish, the majority of jews in Israel practicing to a far less observant standard than the majority of jews outside Israel. The really observant jews are regarded as crackpots by most jews, particularly by most Israeli jews

That's not true. What about Bnei Brak?

You still dodged the answer, what do you think of the state that allows segregation in 21st century, given that you were laughing about women rights in muslim areas?

I'd say that's pretty primitive and backward.

You have no argument. The State does not allow it. It's illegal and has been for a long time. They prosecute those that break the law.

So you really want to compare rights of women, gays (other groups are undoubtedly available) in Israel to those same groups outside Israel?

Here's another difference for you... Israel don't go out with the intention of killing children. That it happens is tragic but it is not their intent - on the other hand hamas launching rockets from orphanages, or hospitals, or schools, or- awww hell why bother with idiots who won't see.

You're right - it's all Israel's fault, they should be wiped out. Muppet

Why leap to extremes like that? It's really not helpful to the discussion.

Nobody has said Hamas is blameless. Nobody has said Israel is blameless. If you disagree with those statements please feel free to quote a post.

We're trying to discuss the middle ground and the way both sides are dealing with the situation. Some think Israel are being heavy handed, some think they're being restrained. I await the UN report with interest.

Don't start that with 'you're right', as I'm not you. I never said that it's all Israel's fault. On the contrary. I most certainly didn't say that anyone should be wiped out.

This is you;

talking about 300+ dead children. Everything that anyone needs to know about you is in that line, right there.

LOL, a sad thread troll.

Trying to single out Israel as a segregated society and use that as a defence of HAMAS hehehehehehe

Seems like the best short term solution would be for Hamas to stop attacking Israel, and for Egypt to open the border to Gaza. After that you can then start peace negotiations and compromise on both ends for a long term solution.

That isn't likely to happen though.

I assume Israel would keep on expanding the settlements and carving up Palestinian farms while we wait for that long term solution...

Anybody still want to talk about "indiscriminate" killing when faced with the demographic data?
Where is the data from? I'll take a wild guess given it was your post; foxnews, infowars, elderofziyon or breitbart.

Are you saying that those were 'discriminate' killings?
As it happens, those graphs are from elderofziyon. However, did I mention that I do maths? I was able to verify these graphs for myself back at the time. Not from foxnews or whatever... from Hamas via Al Jazeera. That well known source of pro-Israel propoganda. They released a list of every Palestinian killed, including age and gender.

The data is from Hamas. The visulization is from elderofziyon. This is my own graph:

Aren't the settlements on already Israeli controlled land, land that was won in the six-day war in 1967?

your article is from 2011. They are illegal as of 2013. That is not to say they don't exist. There is no legal 'forced' segregation. If woman choose to segregate themselves that's their choice.

applying thought processes developed in western society is unlikely to help people get a handle on the situation. in many regions of the world where might is right prevails lots of bad things happen. just the way it is. in a few centuries or so when religion hopefully fades out of the equation things should get a lot better.
