Having never come across this good looking chap before he called me abnormal how am I supposed to know Glo?

After all I am " not well balanced, not normal, a ranting old nutter, a creepy old reactionary weirdo, spouting incoherent nonsense, about to wet myself, old , need a nap and a nappy change and I've never been called any of that by such a handsome fella before so don't know what to think.....

But yes I know what I voted for.....................cheaper pineapple rings.

hehe

Right I’m done pointlessly arguing. Enjoy your fishing Alfie.

Faint whiff of ‘mirrored psychology’ being used in many posts jj.
You see, cranked, one of the defining characteristics of a gammon ( Kray twin was used as a synonym for gammon within this thread, but I believe you got that?), is the need for tribal support. So I do understand why you do it. What I'm not sure about is that you understand the words that you are using. And when to use quotes.
Not so much a whiff as a pure stink of that psychology I mentioned earlier. Must be thirty years since I last came across it being used .

Now I know it's been warm today, so I shouldn't really be
so suprised to discover so many snowflakes in
such a state of distress, but tbh I thought the point of this
whole thread was to alleviate some of their self inflicted fears
and phobias. Well that doesn't appear to have worked out
very satisfactory.

On the contrary , we find jim jim imagining dead gangsters in some
kind of tribal vendetta against him. Strange.
Not to mention the apoplectic rage he displays when others don't
instantly share his recognition, appreciation or interpretation of films, paintings or
heaven knows what happens to take his fancy.
It's almost like he becomes the Grump.

His acolytes seem to be equally affected by his anger.
Flouncy flouncy indeed. smile

Btw jim jim, if one feels the need to point out something is
obvious, then it probably isn't obvious . Obviously you
have difficulty with that concept. laugh

Had a pleasant afternoon preparing the narrow boat
with the grandsons for what will hopefully be an even
more pleasant weekend. Hope you all enjoy yours.
A narrow boat you say, now that’s a proper bit of interest, I love the whole canal boat thing but know little of the whole owning or hiring of these beautiful vessels.

This is PH, TVR originated, my TVR SEAC 450 was an animal. Completely useless in traffic with its transmission shunt and holding back, a nightmare. But out of town and let the horses out. As for the 4.3 Griff B/v mental power but sadly the chassis was not set up to handle that power. Now it’s a different story, we know that geomentary coupled with the core t dampers transforms the car into the demon that. it remains.
As for me, an oldie that had the privilidge to own these monsters, and may still go back to one.
Another thread for detail perhaps.
I remember seeing it at the NEC and thinking it was awesome. They can't have made that many.

The 959 probably made the biggest lasting impression though. smile
17 SEAC were built, IIRC only four or five were built using the composite body. Also the only TVR to race in multi car championship racing, it was quickly banned only because it was so fast the competition was left in its wake. A true supercar in its day and still very fast 32 years later on the road or track.

Fitting a new canopy to ours this weekend.........wonder if Glo will be on here all weekend as usual?
Nobody is reading this thread and thinking you two are well balanced individuals.

You’ve both pretty much lived up to all the stereotypes of the thread title.

But wait, you’re working on a narrow boat so you must be happy normal people and Gloria is the ranting angry one. rofl
Did you know that Guy Martin is a narrow boat enthusiast ? Young fella full of personality and not many racers quicker on the Isle of Man motorcycle TT. In your narrow boat mind guy must be gammon, nothing, and I mean nothing, can be further from reality. Kinda debunks the rather stupid pigeon hole mentality.

So what have you got against those foreign barges then? Coming over here, jumping the queues at the lock and blocking up our canals perhaps?

Been in the sun all day and what with the G&Ts as well, although not angry about anything, I must admit I'm looking a bit of a 'person of cholor' at the moment.

Btw, I don't own a boat, narrow or otherwise, but if it upsets the
frothers, flakes, milliennimoaners etc , then just perhaps ...scratchchin

Pretty angry chap:

https://www.lbc.co.uk/radio/presenters/shelagh-fog...

Just can't wait to leave.

Some seem like blood vessels will literally burst if we stay in as long a 2021.

Where does this anger come from? What kind of euphoric release are they expecting on exit?

That’s hilarious, his side ‘won’ imagine if theyd have ‘lost’. What was he expecting, votes counted, leave the next day? He’s like a few Brexiteers ive heard, still blaming other people.

Most give full credit & honours to brexiteers for their vote for the majestic success that is brexit.

Who would want to take that accolade away from the victors?
