Oh boy. He’s off again.
I’ll guarantee one thing though, they won’t be studying at Trump University.

Interesting when you delve into the stats.

12% approval rating from the African American community polled
30% approval rating from the Hispanic community
Biggest approval ratings from North East and Southern States.

With those percentages he could also lose. Don't assume that those numbers automatically means he will win.
I don't disagree. My point is that after two years of a car crash presidency he's still polling broadly the same numbers that resulted in him winning last time.

This being the case how much worse do things need to get in order for him to lose?

It may well be that ALL the things the media keeps reporting don't really matter to the average voter......

I'm always intrigued by polls like this one which survey just 1040 registered voters.

I once answered a voter survey call from IPSOS-MORI (I think) years ago . I just answered with whatever came into my head.

Another trumpette making up false allegations such as other recent ones by Jacob Wohl (surefire intelligence), trying to make up for the Kavanaugh revelations?

laugh Couldn't make it up. You were very scathing for the few people supporting Kavanaugh, and said a few people saying someone is decent cannot be used as a sign of not guilty. Yet now it is likely the accused that is making things up etc - why would they go through the public exposure etc?

(As an aside I would not be surprised if it is a fake claim, the above is more about assumption of guilt and the hypocrisy).

Beat me to it...:

Epic orange Twitter meltdown is still ongoing.

I have a feeling there may be Mueller news today or tomorrow.

He hit rock bottom as far as behaviour and personality are concerned years ago. Those who liked that then still do. It's a sad reflection that such a despicable individual can be attractive to some but there ya go.

This has been said countless times hasn't it, but nothing ever happens the next day. It's just the usual Trump man child tantrum.

I'd love to be proven wrong this time though.

I also get the impression many folks are simply ignorant. Over on another thread here, ‘who will be the next US president’, there was a poster claiming that trump has done ‘nothing worse than any of the others’. I think it was genuine ignorance, so this being the case, I am pretty sure many voters in the US just don’t try very hard to research what is actually going on.

Just to back this up, on that recent show where Miriam traveled the US and talked to trump supporters, one of them, who seemed a genuinely lovely guy, said ‘what we need in the Whitehouse is someone of complete integrity, and that's what we have with trump.’

Agreed and agreed.

However, and probably wishful thinking on my part, he does seem a lot more miserable than before.....? Surely the drip-drip-drip (Russia investigation, tax returns, dems taking the House, constant negative media coverage, ) must be having a cumulative effect....?

Funny that he claims "they don't care how many lives they ruin" and yet, he's even worse! True narcissists can't see their own spots i guess

(ie "Clean coal" "build a wall" "separation of families seeking immigration" etc etc etc (the list is long))

It’s hard to keep up with his bullst, unfounded accusations of voter fraud involving people changing clothes to vote again, etc, but sifting through the various insane tweets he seems more obviously unhinged than ever before.

Perhaps his recent lackey DOJ plant has come back to him with the news that Mueller basically knows everything?

Just seems to love going off on a rant or three. And probably grumpy after losing out to the Dems so lashing out at anything that annoys him a bit as he can't cope with losing at all.

Because there's no details at the moment and the accusations against Kavanaugh were numerous, verified by other, apart from that one fake that was quickly proved as fake.
If they were fake accusations, you'd have bet the GOP would have had the FBI investigate and expose them, rather than not allow them to.

I think after the Kavanaugh episode that people think they can weaponise accusations, Jacob Wohl tried it, plus it devalues say the 19 allegations against trump?

However, with everything Avenatti has said, I'd fully expect trump to make the most of it...
And yet nothing. He seems preoccupied with Mueller

Surely team Trump has requested the full details of the Avenatti accusation? If there was anything to it wouldn't he be (hypocritically) crowing about it by now?
