Didn't the DeFeos say that she was on her own and they had suggested she stay over because it was late when she left? Sure I read that in a report of the first trial, but can't find a link now.

If so her (amended) story of being there in the afternoon is going to be ripped shreds

EDIT: found a link smile

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/nov/16/la...

"Asked what time she was there, DeFeo said: “I cannot say a specific time. However, she arrived late and was there quite late because we offered her a bed to stay the night. She arrived in her car. She arrived alone. She pulled up her car in front of our house. I greeted her at the door.”"

And one of the other stories where her Brother was by coincidence driving along the same road later after she'd left
Whatever it was, in itself isnt PCoJ for her though, if it's her brother that filled in the form.

We're getting inconsistent snippetts from one news source let alone across the news sources
Can anyone nearby go to the court and report back for us?

Her car was taken by aliens who despite owning a superior craft capable of travelling across the galaxy at the speed of light, offered to buy her a meal deal at Thorney Toll petrol station in return for a go in her Micra because "It had got good reviews in the super-mini class in which spacecraft magazine"

Now we're getting nearer the truth .

This varied defence of F O going to Thorney in the afternoon and then Festus borrowing the car later the same day and happening to trigger the speed camera in the same road where she had been earlier is rolleyes

Thorney is NE of Peterborough and 40 miles away from CB4 where he lives.

The problem is it is possible and could be no more than the truth.
That camera is probably on a main route through to somewhere

It's similar to miscarriages where they choose someone who was at home with no alibi and therefore all the evidence adds up, as it would.

The Jury will have heard (and seen) all the ins and outs
We're only getting an interpretation from some of the reporters.
Let's see which way they go.

That camera is in a 30 zone, it must be off the A47 and actually in the village of Thorney. You would only trip it if you were going in or out of the village.

The problem is that if all she's done is misremembered where she was that evening, that's unlikely to be PCoJ.
it's just human and if this was a trial about speeding the Jury could decide on that

This is about PCoJ so looking at that Peterborough news report, the only scope is
- shes made up a complete pack of lies implicating her brother and the russian
- she's coerced her bruv into making up the story about the Russian
The trouble there is her bruv has already done that trick twice
before so has form to do it again off his own bat
and has admitted it.

Is the Jury going to be as split as last time?

Which Defence are you meaning Saaby?

A) it wasn’t me as I was in Parliament?
B) oops - ok I wasn’t but it wasn’t me.
C) someone used my car and I have no idea who, so I left the papers for the gremlins to complete?
D) ok, ok, it was the Rusky that we know and love enough to allow him to use my car as and when?
E) ok, it might have been me now all evidence ‘proves’ it was me but I was confused.
F) what? Ok, ok, it was me driving but I can’t remember and it is therefore a simple mistake and not PCoJ
E) I stand by my statements and wasn’t really evading my responsibilities to answer questions about the scam?
F) it was//wasn’t me that completed/signed the form! - delete as applicable depending on what day it is?
G) it was wee brother Festus and I had nothing to do with it! Please ignore E above as that doesn’t fit anymore with current Defence!
H) I’m ill, leave me alone....

Etc etc....

I could go on?

My City lunch has pushed back an hour but I imagine the Court will be rammed??

Saaby? May I ask my questions again? Do you think she did it/is guilty and secondly, do you think she will be found NG? Two separate questions clearly???
Out of interest, how many times can a Defendant change their mind and her Defence before people like Saaby call it how it is?

I) I was a passenger
J) Festus went back there on his own later on without me... triggering the speed camera

Ps - hint : evidence suggests she arrived at her friends house alone and it was very late when she left. It was NOT in the afternoon. She was even offered a bed for the night. That would be some swerve in the story if she is telling the truth? Swingers? And let’s not forget that ‘she stands by her submissions’ - oh hang on, now she doesn’t??

Maybe Corbyn was referring to her rather than Theresa May in Parliament earlier, when he muttered “Stupid woman” laugh
