The Conservatives won't put real pressure on Labour to get rid of Corbyn over the Jewish issue because they are worried that they then will get a Labour leader who will make May look like a muppet.
Labour won't put real pressure on the Conservatives about Mays appalling handing of the Brexit crisis because they are worried that they will then get a Conservative leader who will make Corbyn look like an even bigger muppet.
Plus both parties are acutely aware that any leadership battle will split them straight down the middle, possibly irrevocably.
So that's the political situation in the UK in 2018. Two incredibly useless and unpopular leaders of the two major parties and yet those two parties are too scared of what might happen if they get rid of them.
Jesus Christ, we're screwed.
