They have to get ‘em young.

Any adult with half a brain cell realises they’re nothing but an incoherent pile of excrement.
The quote variously attributed to everyone from John Adams to a Swedish king to Churchill springs to mind.

I can’t wait for Corbyn to win the next general election. The level of fuming on this thread will be legendary. The sooner he displaces May and her vile cronies the better.
It’s not looking very likely though, is it?

Can you afford the hit your wealth will take afterwards, or are you one of those that he’ll be distributing money to?
I hope to Christ you’re basing your optimism on something tangible, and not just winding us up.

Popular Channel 4 comedy satire show, The Last Leg, has whipped up a storm of protest on social media with their final episode of the current season last night.
They poked fun at Corbyn and the ongoing wreath saga and called the slavish level of support he receives from some quarters a cult.

There has been a veritable outpouring of red-faced outraged condemnation at the temerity a mere TV comedy show has to dare criticise the Labour leader.
It's been a very entertaining spectator sport to observe from the sidelines, although you do have to guard against getting drenched by the spittle.

watching the paper reviews last night on SKY. They had a young woman on well educated probably late 20's early 30's but she was totally into the Corbyn cult blaming the press for his problems . She also said about Margret Hodge she may be traumatised by her parents experiences . We have to hope and pray that they are not too large in number because we will be in terrible trouble if he is elected.
It reminds me of the Advert for the Car Hire company with the daughter in a group of women and their spiritual leader/slash lover Keith.
He is definitely a Cult figure for these people .

Think you're referring to Fran Boait. She's a 'fair finance campaigner and former Green Party activist' and will stand for Labour at a marginal seat at the next election.

Only half way through the day and you've made mine already... his obedient followers just cannot comprehend that anyone could have the nerve to criticise the glorious messiah, ooh, how dare they! beer

I work alongside grown men who sometimes display similar behaviour!

that's her she also said she had been to Palestine many times so she is definitely spewing the Corbyn line. She did a lot of flouncing and blamed the media and said her illustrious leader was doing great things.

These 'great things' only amount to half hearted apologies for causing anxiety and saying to Margeret Hodge 'I'm sorry you feel that way', not actually ridding his party of anti-Semitic feeling. Nothing concrete whatsoever. He is completely spineless!

When asked what the great leader had actually done flouncing took place and then the blaming the media excuse found its way into the conversation.

A little surprised by this, they do lean very much to the left and are at times rather sanctimonius in general.

I didn't like it when they joked about killing an MP the other week.

I do watch it from time to time though, not all bad.

Corbyns supporters on social media display cult like symptoms which if translated onto the doorstep whilst campaigning would be disastrous for the Labour Partys attempts to win power, it seems to me they care more about control of the Labour Party as opposed to control of the Government, if Labour had a Blairite in charge with half a brain I think they'd be on course for an electoral landslide at the next election given the Tories are in such utter disarray and failing the country on Brexit and many many other domestic issues, there is a report in today’s Independent about the rise in child poverty being the biggest since Thatcher. The report also suggest that Labour under Blair and Brown achieved their child poverty targets https://inews.co.uk/news/politics/poverty-rise-mar...

Is like the usual satire websites, taking the rip.out of Tories is fair game and actively encouraged. Say anything remotely satirical against Our Great Leader or any of his sycophants, and an unholy wrath and fury is unleashed from the mobilised cultists.

Bunch of humorless thugs.

Not so sure on two counts,
Corbyn supporters mass mobilised similar to the last election where Labour events appear to have mass (Local/bussed in youth) support and tory events are events to be barricaded with "Save the NHS/Tory scum" plackards. This gives the general impression that Labour have the popular support and to think differently is running against the herd

The second count - Tory disarray?? Following the clusterfk of an economy hospital ball handed over in 2010, the steady improvement in the last 8 years .. Note last week again record employment and lowest unemployment figures, Others can explain better but the measure of poverty is false when measured as 60% of medium wealth as when government policy is to put more money into the "poor" pockets (eg Tax threshold raises from £5k to £12k& NMW increases) the medium raises and captures more people despite financially having more money in your pocket ….

More importantly can you think of any front bench Labour politician in the last 2~3 months having anything worthwhile to say on the national media, …. Anything as they appear to be like the invisible man - nowhere to be seen

2022 at least give him until 2030 or 9pm at the latest.
The Conservatives should be 10 points in the lead with this man as the opposition and if people just stopped and thought of him as PM and what his cabinet would look like let alone any Policies they will surely never elect him and if they do it will be firmly as a result of May having no vision or character she is more grey than the Grey man himself

THat's what people expected just over a year ago, we won't know for sure unless there's a surprise election and brexit, that wayward mistress falls whichever way, in whomever's favour.
