Depressing stuff indeed.
It's nothing new. Mindless thugs have been around since the dawn of time. The only difference now, is that it's a lot more visible with social media and smart phones.
Hopefully the police will take an interest as it shouldnt be too hard identifying the little sts.

Criminal scumbags, great to see them get comeuppance.
I do hope you're not trying to be a smartarse?? This is a despicable act, they could have killed the poor guy with head kicks like that.
No difference between them and someone who threatens you with a knife for your watch.

if you go around defrauding people the way they do, issueing illegal and unfair tickets, this is inevitable so yeah no pity whatsoever.

Seriously? No difference between them and someone who threatens you with a knife for your watch.
You believe that it's OK as he's doing that job?

They should really have some rules and guidelines for when they can and cannot issue tickets. Maybe even let people appeal if they disagree No difference between them and someone who threatens you with a knife for your watch.

They were just after his scooter, don't see why they all felt the need to have ago..
Oh come on, are you telling me if a tragic warden was laying defenceless in the road you wouldn't stick the boot in. Too good of an opportunity to miss. By the way I'm joking before the humour nazis wet themselves.
