Bloody hell mate, where did that come from!? All I did was point out a fairly logical argument...that some people (you included evidently) treat these things very differently depending on race and would not consider this a "feature" of white christians if the perpetrators belonged to that group. As for gang culture thats a different area of Brum. When you see all the money spent in the city yet a mile or 2 away there is just no investment or anything.
If you follow the local Police twitter feed and their crackdown on parking its always the same areas that seem to think the law doesn't apply to them.
