Bercow on the man accusing him of bullying:
"What we have got here is somebody who left the House, who is thrashing about, desperate to remain relevant, popping up at every turn, trying to make himself seem very important, very centre-stage, very at the heart of things in the way that I went about my work."
Oh the irony.
Surely that’s the bullied man speaking about Bercow?"What we have got here is somebody who left the House, who is thrashing about, desperate to remain relevant, popping up at every turn, trying to make himself seem very important, very centre-stage, very at the heart of things in the way that I went about my work."
Oh the irony.

Now it turns out that Bercow has named ex-staff in his well-named autobiography Unspeakable, without their permission. With any luck they will be able to take legal action against him. For someone as clever as he thinks he is, he really is remarkably stupid.

It all helps to make his chance of going to the Lords ever less likely.https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-51402674

It is “unacceptable to publicly name current or former staff without their prior knowledge or authority, especially for the purpose of financial gain or commercial success.”
Go on John... ignore all the naysayers... you know best..

The unintentional hilarity of Dawn Butler defending him is really something.
