No, she may have done the same thing but unlike Clinton she isn't standing for President.
Neither was Hillary at the time she did it,

Oh, and don't forget ... https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/jan...
But in Trump's mind, and that of his supporters:

Did Clinton or Obama do it? If yes, it was Bad.

If Trump did it, it was good. If Trump and Clinton or Obama all do the same thing, Trump did it considerably better than they did

Comparing apples to oranges, you say? When I saw the representative of Republicans Abroad use that exact phrase on Sky News a few moments ago it struck me as the sort of phrase spin doctors press representatives to utter over and over again.

What a glorious coincidence I now read it here!
Oranges you say?

Hi Debra. Completely understand your concern. Sen. Hyde-Smith’s recent comments clearly do not reflect the values of our company and associates. As a result, we are withdrawing our support and requesting a refund of all campaign donations.

If this blows up into something big and it hurts the presidency, it might mean Ivanka screws her dad after all...

Trumps taking no action to the Saudis over the killing of Khashoggi. Instead he has issued a bullst whitewash rather than invoke the magnitsky act.

How true is that now? To misquote the dark lord himself Trump is intensely relaxed about getting filthy rich from Saudi money, but I thought the shale boom had returned the US to being a net exporter of oil and gas?

The Saudi's have Trump over a barrel, a rather large cash and oil filled one. He is having the world over with his presidency thingy, great money spinning idea and the big concern has to be that this 'window licker' will start a proper war somewhere in the world, Iran seems the likely target but who knows.

Not a great surprise, Trump has no principles and likes to suck up to despotic types. When the Iranian foreign minister takes the piss saying “perhaps we’re responsible for the California fires, because we didn’t rake the forests -just like the Finns do?” it shows what a joke America is becoming.

Trumps comment on this "it's a shame but it is what it is"
This is what the USA has become, a bit player now in world politics, selling out to whoever will pay trump money

The DOJ released Matthew Whitaker’s personal financial disclosures which revealed that the forms had been edited five times in the two weeks since his appointment as Acting Attorney General.
I wonder if Kushner helped him with it. He's an expert on editing his forms when he 'forgot' to declare things
Citizens for ethics have filed a FOIA request for all versions of the form.

Edit: Looks like he started amending the form the day CREW loged the FOIA request...

more on why trump wanted Whitaker as attorney general
He wrote he would prosecute clinton

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2016/07/05/r...

Seeing as he just can't let go of trying to get clinton in false charges
Trump told WH counsel Don McGahn in the spring that he wanted to order the Justice Department to prosecute James Comey and Hillary Clinton. McGahn said no & had WH lawyers write a memo warning Trump he could face impeachment if he tried to do it

trumps handed in his written homework finally to Mueller, after asking for several deferments and gone on holiday, to Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/11/20/us/politics/tru...

but not before saying he should be Time magazine person of the year again

"It’s called person of the year, right? It’s no longer man of the year, right?" Trump replied.
"I don’t know, that’s up to Time Magazine," he continued. "I’ve been there before. I can’t imagine anybody else other than Trump."

Still it's been a busy day for trump, he had to forgive his daughter for doing the same thing he said Hillary should go to prison for, then sided with a murderous autocrat against an American resident before a report emerged he ordered the Dept of Justice to jail his enemies.

Interesting
According to the Washington Post, in the three years after he arrived in Washington in 2014, Matthew Whitaker received more than $1,200,000 as the leader of a conservative nonprofit with obscure roots, no other employees, and undisclosed funders,

https://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/cons...

Whitaker's 2017 pay from the charity — more than $500,000 for the first nine months, or half the charity's receipts for the year, according to tax filings — and the group's earlier, dormant incarnation have not been previously reported by media.

Edit: He also said that being president has cost him "a tremendous fortune like you've never seen."
Another big lie because the Washignton Post just reported that Trump properties made $4,200,000 from Republican campaigns during the midterms.
