This has been covered, the content was most likely correct, Muellers office said part of it was incorrect, which was the implication the leaks came from an agent. This would be SDNY office, not Mueller. It was also done to avoid the House jumping forward to indictment before Mueller is ready. There's so much crime, involving so many of team trump that this needs to be properly done so no-one walks.As for the Steele dossiere - only one unproven claim now...

Neither parent was a legal resident for 5 years prior to Harris’s birth, a requirement for naturalization
