Oh no, this is all we are going to hear from now on - I doubt he made it up, he must have heard someone say it and latched on!

BUILD A WALL & CRIME WILL FALL! This is the new theme, for two years until the Wall is finished (under construction now), of the Republican Party. Use it and pray!

Can I suggest instead
“DUMP TRUMP AND END THE SLUMP!”

Trump could have gotten his wall anytime in the past two years when his party controlled everything. He took the decision to shut down the government when there were reports Mueller’s report was almost ready.

Federal courts will begin running out of money on Friday thanks to President Donald Trump’s government shutdown — and that could include special counsel Robert Mueller’s grand jury.

A powerful House committee now led by Democrats is opening an investigation into how security clearances have been handled in President Donald Trump’s White House and 2016 presidential transition.

The inquiry by the House Oversight and Reform Committee takes direct at some of those closest to the president over the past two years, including former national security adviser Michael Flynn, Trump son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner and former White House aide Rob Porter.

It seems he's desperately trying to get Trumps attention without much luck.

How fking dumb do you have to be to slander Mueller and Avenatti?

Hmm? He's mentioned a few times, not least under item 12 on page 6.

He wouldn't have neem allowed to speak about Muellers trump investigation, so could probably have only spoken about and probably damaged the SDNY investigation into the trump organisation, so it's not surprising he's postponed.

Of course we've seen that trumpettes take trump at his word and have taken action before, so it's easy to see that there would be some concerns, plus a useful reason to delay whilst putting the blame on team trump. With the shutdown and FBI resourcing issues, its probably a good solution for now, no matter how much we wanted to hear some more dirt.

Cohens due to start serving his 3 year sentence on 6 March, so I doubt he'll testify?
Reps. Cummings, Schiff and Nadler warned Trump last week against efforts to obstruct Michael Cohen from testifying.
"Our nation's laws prohibit efforts to discourage, intimidate, or otherwise pressure a witness not to provide testimony to Congress."

I wonder if they have any actions available to them?

During an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Tuesday evening White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders doubled down on the White House’s support for the Covington Catholic student by slamming the media for its coverage of the incident.

“I think what happened with BuzzFeed is a great lesson for the media,” she said. “Quit trying to be first and start trying to be right. We have seen time and time again where they run out here with outrageous, ridiculous stories. One person reports it to begin with and they all jump on it. We saw it again with the Covington students. I’ve never seen people so happy to destroy a kid’s life.”

He's such a fking child. This is absolutely ridiculous. Anyone with a modicum of sense would have taken the high road on this. But noooo, he just HAS to "win"

ETA: That relates to the State of the Union address, obvs

It’s true to form for him. Tony Schwartz, the writer of the book ‘Art of the Deal’ has some interesting views on trump’s binary thinking. He can only ‘win’ or ‘lost’. There is no middle ground for him, which goes a long way to explaining why he’s such a useless negotiator.

Sadly 800,000 people are suffering from his current ‘govern by tantrum’ stance.
