John Brennan (former CIA director) was on Ruth Maddow. He said he expects to see indictment(s) of Trump’s immediate family as Mueller’s final act, issued at the time of the final report

Do we have an idea of when the final report will be issued?
Depends on who you listen to.

Team trump say it will be soon, will have no evidence of collusion, will clear trump as the best president ever and prove his witch hunt claims. That Rosenstein is leaving soon, that the report was going to be out last week.

Others point out that Muellers grand jury was extended by 6 months on 4th Jan, that Rosenstein has said he will leave when the Mueller report is completed.

Add into the mix that some of Muellers investigation team left their offices with boxes.
https://edition.cnn.com/2019/02/06/politics/robert...

Now that might be a sign it's winding down, or maybe they are relocating elsewhere because the press are camped out around Muellers office.

So noone really knows. It has been suggested that the report will be in several parts, such as produce the easy to prove obstruction part whilst carrying on with the conspiracy part. I don't see that as Mueller appears to be very thorough.
There's also the financial investigation. Muellers handed off some, but this appears to be at the heart of the trump conspiracy, how he could use it to make a huge deal, make money.

So - somewhere between now and june/july?

Michael Cohen is prepared to share who signed the $35,000 monthly checks he received in reimbursement for his hush-money payments to Stormy Daniels, according to a person with knowledge of his upcoming congressional testimony. Cohen is expected to bring documentation revealing who signed the checks, according to that source.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/michael-cohen-is-pre...

According to the Wall Street Journal
Cohen will give his most detailed public account to date of Trump's alleged direction of the hush payments, as well as how Trump was involved in efforts to conceal them, WSJ reports. He'll also allege Trump Org. CFO Allen Weisselberg was involved in those efforts.

Cohen is expected to recount racist remarks Trump allegedly made, including Trump allegedly questioning the intelligence of African-Americans & criticising their life choices.

Michael Cohen will make public some of Trump's private financial statements and allege that Trump at times inflated or deflated his net worth for business and personal purposes, including avoiding paying property taxes

Miller is the former Roger Stone aide who'd been resisting a Mueller subpoena since last year, based on his assertion that the special counsel was illegally appointed. He's lost his DC Circuit appeal and is obliged to testify before Mueller’s grand jury.

One does wonder how he can afford all these legal bills when Stone says he can't, it's left him destitute as stone only earns $47K a week. Roger Stone said Andrew Miller is a house painter.

Giuliani is back. On hearing about Cohen Giuliani said: "We have even more documents, more records, more things show the president didn’t do anything that you can remotely criticize him for.”

Hint: There are 17 cases filed this year in DC district court under seal, as well as another 57 from 2018.

A House committee voted Tuesday to subpoena Trump administration officials over family separations at the southern border, the first issued in the new Congress as Democrats have promised to hold the administration aggressively to count.

The decision by the Oversight Committee will compel the heads of Justice, Homeland Security and Health and Human Services to deliver documents to lawmakers.

The committee’s chairman, Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, has pledged to press the administration for documents and testimony on a wide swath of issues, but family separation was among his first priorities.

“I believe this is a true national emergency,” Cummings said. “When our own government rips children from the arms of their mothers and fathers with no plans to reunite them - that is government-sponsored child abuse.”

A positive thing, so well done Donald, but it will cost you votes.

I've a feeling it will continue being challenged too.
Great news if this goes through. Well done Donald. It is hard, almost impossible, to believe anyone on the planet would wish to impede this.

Must be a coincidence then that the plane of Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov, Foreign Minister of Russia, has landed in Vietnam ahead of Trump’s arrival.
WTF is going on? Channel 4 news didn't even report Lavrov's arrival, never mind speculate as to the purpose of his presence.

Well, okay, what I meant was it is hard to imagine how anyone could object if they had any humanity or decency. I do of course realize that this rules out most of the folks in the groups you mentioned.

Surely it is hard to make a case a normal civilian has any need for a machine gun, isn’t it?

Seriously, has there ever been a bunch of folks quite as stupid as trump's acolytes? It's truly astonishing.

Getz claimed this isn't witness threatening but "witness testing"

Nope, doesn't look like it to me, but when they play follow the leader...

Jeffrey Toobin in is saying that the DOJ wouldn't do anything because Trump has tweeted more overt threats to Cohen (re: prosecuting his father-in-law). If they go after Gaetz, what about the president? So we've reached the "President did the crime worse" defense territory.

Edit: Wall Street Journel are reporting “Cohen intends to show the panel a signed check...Trump signed some of the checks reimbursing Mr Cohen, which Mr Cohen began receiving after Trump took office". This is over hush money for women.

Jacob Wohl, our favourite trump weasel, has been permenantly banned from twitter for creating fake accounts.

Edit: he was banned for telling the newspapers "He bragged that he intended to create many false Twitter accounts to divide the Left". Multi accounts to spread false info. "That" is against Twitter policy. THAT'S why he was banned, that and false stories.

However he's already back with a backup account, https://mobile.twitter.com/JacobWohlAlt
claiming he spoke with a "real person" at twitter HQ and told them he opened his alt account

He's opened more accounts as well.

Jacob Wohl appears to have forged a Trump Foundation Search Warrant just before his Twitter Suspension. The krassensteins have a long running issue with Wohl.

The house has voted Voting 245-182, calling Trump’s border emergency the fraud it really is. Now it’s up to the Senate to also vote. The Dems only needs 4 reps to vote for it and it's suggested 7 will vote that way.
