This thread is much better than that one, wild baseless accusations that the Clintons or Obamas are involved, no derangement here at all hehe
It's on public record that the Obama's aide interfered with this case. So not sure where you are getting "wild baseless accusations" from

https://nypost.com/2019/03/27/inside-the-dirty-dea...
Public record.. the new york post. The one owned by the Antipodean racist ttmonger Rupert Murdoch.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA [breath] AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
When you've finished laughing can you point out how that makes what Jag posted incorrect. What has Antipodean got to do with it. Are they all tts? smile

No bias here, what you talking about? laugh

Tchen has made quite the career out of exploiting her Obama connections, including cushy spots on VICE’s Diversity and Inclusion Board, Uber’s #MeToo advisory board and the Grammys’ task force for inclusion and diversity. But those plum jobs and her role in Smollett’s Folly all pale in comparison to her newest gig: playing watchdog over the Southern Poverty Law Center.

After decades of manufacturing “hate” against peaceful, law-abiding conservatives, sharia opponents, Christian activists and immigration hawks, the SPLC is in chaos amid long-brewing strife over internal gender and racial discrimination — not to mention a slew of outside defamation lawsuits. Fresh off assisting one celebrity hate-crime huckster, Tchen will now be doing damage control for the granddaddy of all racial-hoax rackets.

Like I said: Minority liberal race-hustling has its privileges.

I would advise Americans sick and tired of the crony state and its smear merchants to do all they can to prevent Tchen and the Obama machine from getting their grubby hands on the $PLC’s half-billion-dollar endowment.

Any article which dismisses the SPLC as a 'racial-hoax racket' is not fit to wipe your bottom with; whatever travails there may be in the management of it lately it has been a thorn in the side of racist scumbags since it was founded in the 1970s. This is tabloid muckraking at its worst.

The SPLC that accused a number of liberal Muslims, trying to reform their religion, of being "anti-muslim" extremists and ended up paying one $3.375 million in compensation as a result.

The labelled Nial Ferguson's wife as the same, despite her being born Muslim.

Whatever good it may have done in the past it is just one fanatical voice among many now in America's culture wars.

Ah yes, a mistake which they admitted to, offered an apology and compensation.

They are pushing back and winning against the current administration and extremists groups. No wonder they are being attacked.

Best to throw them into the melting pot of the deep state eh, I’m suprised the clintons weren’t secretly fund raising from the basement of a pizzeria for them.

Without any info being released about what the hell happened - How can they sue an apparent victim for being found innocent?

It makes the police look like idiots.

On the contrary IMO. They are standing up for themselves and showing the world that they do not agree with what's transpired.

Technically wasn't the case thrown out, avoiding the ability for him to prove innocence?

The wonder if it’s the first step in challenging what actually happened, they probably won’t get anywhere but it might precipitate more interest and noise on the subject.

Seems as bent as can be.

I've been thinking..... Dangerous I know.

But the times that criminal proceedings get blocked and files sealed is usually of the person is turning States evidence.

Maybe he knows something and has talked.

He was released on the condition that he didn't received his bail money back. To me that sounds in away he was found guilty just let off with a lenient sentence.

Correct, but what's the point you're trying to make?

The police are sufficiently confident in his guilt to sue him.

They are happy to keep this case in the limelight.

There's a reason for that.

Police released nearly 70 hours of video, all connected to the Smollett case.

Case Highlights. More sure to be released.

• Chicago Police released 69 hours of video related to Jussie Smollett's alleged hate crime case on Monday

• The trove of never-before-seen footage includes police bodycam video of officers finding Smollett with a noose around his neck

• In that clip he says that he kept the noose on because he wanted police 'to see it'

• Another shows the Osundairo brothers in a taxi on their way to meet Smollett on the night of the attack wearing hooded jackets and a ski mask at 1.22am

• A third clip shows the Osundairo brothers running on South Water Street at 2.01am, a minute after the alleged attack

• A fourth video shows cops arresting the Osundairo brothers on February 14

• The Empire actor had claimed that he was attacked by two men who launched racial and homophobic slurs at him and threw a noose on him on January 29

• Police later determined that he staged the attack and charged him with filing a false police report

• Those charges were subsequently dropped by Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, sparking outrage and launching an investigation into her decision

• The release of the tapes comes days after a judge decided to appoint a special prosecutor to look into the Cook County prosecutor Kim Foxx work in the case
