Bet the queue of white knights would be shorter if it was a 30 year old buck toothed male involved.

So does this mean that British Citizenship is a two tiered system?

Yes- either you have it or you don't. She doesn't.

Isn't it the case in many (if not most) parts of the world that citizenship can be revoked in the case of dual citizenship. In that respect any citizenship is two tiered - not just British?

Effectively yes.

A person with British citizenship has certain rights. A person with duel citizenship loses some of those when it relates to that other country. For example, you do not get legal backing in that other country.

The UK also has its laws and its important the government follows them.
I can help you on that one- the SC has ruled that the government acted lawfully. You're welcome.

At some point she will be in a position to instruct lawyers in her appeal. When she is I rather suspect she will be successful and will then be returning to the UK with a handsome compensation package. All of which you and I will be paying. If your happy for the government to spend our money so the HS can get some headlines, we'll fine. I am less happy with that.
If it happens I'll concede your point. It hasn't happened.
The SC ruled only that stopping her return to the UK was lawful. It has not ruled on the removal of citizenship.

Best of luck with your wait. I expect to be proved correct.
Well, there is a first time for everything I suppose. Good luck.

Is the UK the only country unwilling to take back and deal with its own terrorists?

Thats a good idea , if you leave your country for terrorism you forgo your right to citizenship, it should be an international law.

Wasn’t the PM of New Zealand complaining last week about Australia revoking the second nationality of a Kiwi national (by birth)? So it would seem that the sainted Jacinda’s regime is a similar culprit.

So an Australian problem should be sent back to Australia?

That certainly looks like an Australian problem to me.

The place were the terrorism took place, then they would know the consequences of their path beforehand.
