That was Garvins view.

I can see where he is coming from but I still consider it braver to just confront the problem. It seems the right thing to do. I can see it does just get some agitated, but I also think that’s because - deep down - they know it’s true to say that Farage is racist, and they also know that is “a bad thing”. This tugs at their prejudice and makes them angry as they don’t like to be made to feel guilty for supporting Farage. I don’t think the vast majority are bad people though there are some exceptions.

And I’m not an extremist the other way. I dislike extremism in all its forms, including that momentum shower. They aren’t helping anyone either.

We’re not all that different.

That said only one of us has gone to the effort of telling the forum on more than one occasion about their higher education
