What! even electric ones?

I thought of going down there with some comedy placards to wave around but feared they would smear me in avocado then throw lentils at me.
Very apt. Most of the world's avocados are grown in places far distant from the UK, hence lots of nasty toxic CO2 smile produced in jetting them half way around the world. Odd, but I've not seen hordes of self-righteous Hampstead do-gooders protesting outside Harrods.

It was a viciously sharp slice of avocado.

I'm certainly impressed with Swampy's laser focus on the terrible performance of the UK in emissions reduction.

I suspect when they invade the tube, they will find the Police are a lot nicer to them than some very angry commuters.

Getting arrested will be the least of their worries.

Now someone’s glued themselves to a train at Canary Wharf DLR

Would it not have made more sense to glue himself to the metal body? The depot is just round the corner and i can’t imagine removing a window would take a fitter long scratchchin

I bet he wouldn't have done that at the Lewisham end of the DLR.

Someone should go and shave his beard off. Shame he wouldn't be able to do anything to stop it!

The first tunnel would take care of that.

He should have waited until Friday. Sunday would have seen him revitalised, allegedly.

I’m so disappointed now. Just watching the 2 on top of the train being given a pair of goggles to protect their eyes as the train continues on its journey. But no, ‘elf ‘n safety at work because of solvent fumes.
I’m off to eat some bacon now.

That he utterly fails to see the environmental effects of using super glue is delicious...

These people are rightly referred to as "watermelons" green on the outside but red on the inside. They want to take away my freedom to drive where I want to, eat what I want to and think what I want to. That's not progressive democracy, its totalitarianism and we all know how well that's worked in the past don't we.

perfect example of the hypocrisy here, utter, utter wker of the highest order. https://order-order.com/2019/04/17/posh-eco-loon-n...

The amount of 'fail' shown in general by these clowns has been spectacular.

"Super glued do not pull me"

Why not? Damn stupid thing to do, he could do with a lesson in taking some personal responsibility. Smug gimp could learn something if it hurts.

Wonder where all their nice colourful plastic-y tents and banners were made. In the chemical-explosion nation of China or other sweat shop nations around the world such as Indonesia and Bangladesh? Not to mention the environmental cost of then flying or shipping them around the world to the UK? That's where the real threat to the future of the planet is, but that's an inconvenient truth that these morons have no answers to. The local police there are a bit more brutal and the prisons a bit more deadly than ours I guess.

Looks like the planned disruption on the tube has been kept in check due to TfL turning off the wifi. No wifi means no twitter/facebook live etc so no publicity for their antics. Funny how they preach that they don't like the current world but seem very dependent on ttter and other social media to get their preaching out.
