Looks like there was quite a police presence this evening
Doughnut van just out of shot on right.
It’s a joke. With rising crime most not even looked into the police have got better things to do. Bet a lot of them have had to give up their annual leave meaning time not spent with families.
Yet some of them are dancing and skateboarding with the protesters. Couldn't make it up.

One phoned LBC and when asked, described herself as a freelance choirmaster.
I think that's the one who chained herself to the underside of a lorry.

Be ironic if one or two are seriously injured and the ambulances can't get through to assist
Naturally they would decline to travel to hospital in a fossil fuel utilising vehicle.

Gammon? Oh really... Crack on then gammon face.
I am racist then... Fine.
Do gammons get stopped and searched? Do gammons have a history of being used as slaves traded around the globe?
Do gammons struggle to get jobs for being gammon?
Do gammons get st posted through letter box and shunned when they moved into a neighborhood?.....

I am white BTW...and English..

Here you are again, trying to push the "gammon" moniker.laughlaugh Talk about flogging a dead horse. The epitome of a "one day wonder" that term was. Give it up son, you're embarrassing yourself again.

Was reading about one of those arrested.

Genuinely surprised the country was able to function during her detention, how did we manage witbout a co-ordinator for a charity providing life skills training to prisoners through the medium of Indonesian percussion?

I might be due a whoosh parrot here, but I know someone who is a freelance choirmaster and he makes very good living out of it.

Sounds like a threat of terrorism.

Flouncy posh boy seems reluctant to say people shouldn't go on holiday after calling for non-emergency flights to be banned, wonder why that might be?

From that article:

Worryingly, he also shared a post which calls the allegations of anti-semitism in the Labour party “a massive smear campaign against Jeremy Corbyn by the Netanyahuite supporters in the party and wider media/society.”

So did Ronnie Campbell MP on the radio at the weekend and he is literally as think as mince. This lad should give it up now if his thought processes are similar to wor Ronnie's.

This is the lorry they were using as a stage at Marble Arch on Tuesday when I walked past. I wonder if Ray Slater has changed his phone number yet!

That looks very pollution free.....not!

Hate to think of all the plastics and nasties in the banner and printing on it they're using.

I do hope it is ULEZ compliant
I wonder if they've 'read the science' regarding the safe loading of aged fibreglass roof structures fitted to lorries?
Is it me or does it look like their wheel nuts are untightening? If so then that is literally the first time I have ever seen those stupid yellow pointy things be of any use ever! If it is then I wonder what else is fked on the lorry?

Genuine question, why is this protest worse than say the brexit one? Or the freedom of speech one?
Or the countryside alliance one?
All aim to disrupt and gain attention to a cause...
And cost the country millions and take police away from fighting crime.
They were, as far as I'm aware, legal and authorised with the proper licences and suchlike. Nor were they designed from the outset to cause inconvenience or obstruction - regardless of whether they actually did or not.

I see lots and lots of full jail cells.

Do G4S still run prisons? Might buy some shares.

If they are successful in shutting down Heathrow, I would suggest that the plod will have serious questions to answer bearing in mind they have been pre-warned. So far they have been shown to be utterly incompetent in dealing with the disruption caused. You would hope for a better response tomorrow but I will not be holding my breath.

Christ, what happens if one of them has a gluten reaction mid-protest? How the fk is the ambulance going to rape it's way through the air to get to them?

Going by the sentences dished out to the last group that chained themselves to the runway, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

That's my concern. The last judge effectively gave a green light to invading an airfield and endangering an aircraft. All you can expect is a slap on the wirst and a victory salute outside court!

Just like we rarely proper sentences for those fktards who storm planes to stop rapists being deported

I’d love to be a fly on the wall at the latest debrief between Cressida Dick and Sadiq Khan if the Heathrow thing causes serious disruption:

CD: ‘Well you said you thought it was a good thing..’
SK: ‘Well you had your constables dancing and skateboarding along..’

Both ‘who can we blame?’..
