As if we didn't have enough problems already, ER are reportedly encouraging people not to pay their rent (since they can't be evicted at the moment) or other debts.

I get that a lot of their supporters are the chunk of society that just lives to sponge whatever benefit payments they can get while going from squat to squat in other people's property so don't pay any rent anyway.

But then they have all these other brainwashed victims of the ER cult who do actually try to live normal lives but might latch onto this and won't have thought it through. So you will get away with 9 months or something rent free, hooray. But then what? Good luck getting many other landlords in the future to take you on when you can't get a reference and have rent debts coming up in your credit history.

Other debts to include taking out bank loans they never intend to repay. It's a great idea to get others to add to their arrest records with financial markers, what could possibly go wrong later on.

In the USA there’s been anti lock down protests from the far right going on all over the place.

On the plus side the covid might thin them out a bit over time. The rest of us will be social distancing and staying at home ordering things off the net i imagine so there wont be much cause disruption too.
