Fiona and I play "Count how many times Thornberry can look up and roll her eyes" when she has to listen to a member of the public.
She has this wonderful way of showing how much disdain she has for anyone with a different opinion to herself.
To be fair, I think she just realises that 99% of the British public should not be asking too many questions anyway, especially when it comes to questioning politicians like herself who know far better than......the general public.
She is a true patriot, a real find, not just for Labour, but for our country.
Each and every time this politician has a audience she always tells us that ‘she came from a council house background’. Utterly irrelevant. She has this wonderful way of showing how much disdain she has for anyone with a different opinion to herself.

It's interesting that Mike Barton is on tonight, given that today's news headlines are how poorly the police are fairing in the fight against crime.
Before his retirement Mike was one of the country's most successful police officers. His Durham force bucked the trend of falling detection rates, despite implementing austerity cuts. A plain speaking Lancastrian he talks a lot of common sense.

His attack on 1917 went well, wouldn’t you say?
What did he say on that? The general drift was he didn’t think it was realistic that “foreigners” could possibly be integrated into an army 100 years ago.
This says many things about his views.
It’s all rather embarrassing for any of his fans.

He said that Sikhs fought in their own regiment and that including a single Sikh solider as they did was tokenism at best.
But you knew that already.

His comment was a Sikh soldier should not have been presented alone, it would have been better
with his numerous Sikh comrades.
Do you have a private jet btw?

The assumption they didn’t drips with not only ignorance but also prejudice.
It’s off the scale cringe.

You're correct about the cringe factor your assumption really does drip with ignorance and prejudice.
Now , about this plane......?
