Balanced Question Time panel tonight - of course not! Vol 3
Discussion
It seems QT is not as popular as it once was. No surprise, I'm one of those who hasn't watched in years. Any time I do briefly tune in, my lower intestine immediately reaches up and attempts to strangle me.
I used to suffer my way through the ignomy of QT, then rejoice in the delight of Andrew Neil, DIAAAANE Abbott, and Sad Man on a Train Portillo afterwards on This Week - compelling viewing, but now that's gone, why would you subject yourself to QT?

Was that the story about QT now pulling in the lowest viewer number in its history, 600,000?

I dare say with an audience and a suitably inflammatory guest (Tommeh!) then they might get significantly higher figures.

The high point being the public flogging of Nick Griifin and the low point coming during Covid restrictions which have been a disaster for an audience driven format...

That’s a line up for hardcore QT fans only... and the Welsh.
+1On a side note, if it isn't Nahdim Zahawi, it's James Cleverly. Some variety would be appreciated.
I suspect the two Welsh will have nothing interesting to say.
Oh well. I've got some toenails to cut and some paint to watch dry.
Both activities are more interesting than QT appears this week.

Yep, that’s about 75% of the govt representation over the last year I reckon just with those two.On a side note, if it isn't Nahdim Zahawi, it's James Cleverly. Some variety would be appreciated.
Both are boring as ste, always toe party line and are very adept at using lots of words to say basically nothing, which is probably why they’re routinely wheeled out.

I'm sure the Plaid nutter will advocate a solution to all things being Welsh independence, much as the SNP do in Scotland... nationalists can't help themselves. Ignore facts and inconvenient truths, sentiment and romanticism prevails.

Personally I think he is quite good though overused
For the nationalists
Dyma pwy ddywedais i yn ôl y porthiant twitter. Rhaid ei ail-wirio nawr
Roedd Cleverly ymlaen yr wythnos diwethaf. Nawr mae'n ddigon posib eu bod nhw wedi ei lwgrwobrwyo i'w wneud bythefnos ar y trot ond byddai'n ymestyn
Yn bersonol, rwy'n credu ei fod yn eithaf da er ei fod wedi'i orddefnyddio
