No it is not.. Shame they added to it rather than using the actual quote... If only they had the sense not to add the narcissist bit but I guess they just couldn't help themselves.. Good try though
Are you saying Trump isn’t though ?
Or is that just making it more fitting?

Some good things about Trump that might have gone under the radar.

People who are biased tend to hate someone no matter what they do. After 3 years in government perhaps a time not to take the easy route and say why the 45th President does some very good things.

1. He didn't drain the swamp. But nobody is talking about it anymore.

There was never any swamp. Trump proved that just by his actions "look at me" rather than imaginary Washington swamp in the first place.

2. He proved the deep state doesn't actually exist apart from the tinfoilers.

Same to the argument in 1 above. His actions have seem to have defeated the so called deep state over the last 2 years because the deep state does not exist, so easily shown so. Deep State currently is who gets fired next. That's not very deep

Trump has managed to reduce the swamp and deep state immensely just because people are talking about him.

That's how it should be, for good or worse. Talking of Trump, his another redeeming feature as president.

3 He doesn't invade other countries and hates wars.

He can't even bomb the Iranians even after they shot down the US drone. He said it was due to Iranians being killed. No, it was due to

THE US ECCONOMY MIGHT BE HIT.

The last is the be all and end all for Donald. But it stops wars, unlike Bush, no matter the reason, that decision was a good move by Donald in the greater scheme of things. If only he could have been LBJ worrying about his shares in 1965?

4. Love him or hate him, he is entertaining.

For 4 alone I hope he gets 4 more years. The world is safe in his salesman hands, snake oil or gold mine or just a nice bit of news for me to chew over. Can't ask for more than that for a politician.

er, a few minor corrections:

1) there certainly is a "swamp" and Trump is the No1 Swamp dweller. When you look up "conflict of interest" there could just be a picture of Trump as a description!

2) "at least he's entertaining" Perhaps you'd like to suggest this to the families of those shot dead by the nutters who have been encouraged and emboldened by his retoric into committing mass murder?

Getting back to the USA putting it's huge military might into world affairs, so far Donald, even with his big mouth / twitter account, been really talk and not gun boat diplomacy.

The ship that was supposed to have gone to Hong Kong now heading for Taiwan.

The farmers are really unhappy with trumps continuation of his trade war with china

″Instead of looking to solve existing problems in our agricultural sector, this administration has just created new ones,” said a statement issued by Roger Johnson, president of the National Farmers Union, which represents about 200,000 family farmers, ranchers and fishers in 33 states.

“Between burning bridges with all of our biggest trading partners and undermining our domestic biofuels industry, President Trump is making things worse, not better.

Another North Korea launch

North Korea tested a new large-caliber multiple rocket launch system (MRLS) on Saturday, North Korea media revealed on Sunday, with DPRK leader Kim Jong Un overseeing the launch.

The DPRK tested a “super-large multiple rocket launcher,” an article from the country’s state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said.

“(Kim) gave high appreciation, saying that it is, indeed, a great weapon, our young national defence scientists are so clever as to conceive out of their own heads and design and complete the weapon system at one go-off although they have never seen it, and they have performed a great work,” the KCNA article reads.

trump said North Korea was sorted - apparently not, in fact

North Korea’s foreign minister on Friday called U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo a “poisonous plant of American diplomacy” and vowed to “shutter the absurd dream” that sanctions will force a change in Pyongyang.

Ri said he couldn’t just let the “reckless remarks” by Pompeo pass by him because they came amid a possible restart of the nuclear talks. Ri said Pompeo is a “brazen” man because he “had begged for” North Korean denuclearization and improved bilateral ties when he visited Pyongyang and met leader Kim Jong Un several times.

In April, North Korea demanded President Donald Trump remove Pompeo from the nuclear negotiations.

trump suggested lettign russia back into the G7 at the meeting yesterday.
Donald Tusk stated that Russia should be allowed back at the table “under no condition”, given the current state of affairs. Instead, he suggested that it would perhaps be a good idea to invite Ukraine to be a guest at the next G7 meeting.

Apparently trump was bored that so much of the meeting was about climate change and the Amazon fires

Senior aides in Donald Trump’s entourage have accused the G7 host and French president, Emmanuel Macron, of seeking to embarrass his US counterpart by making the summit focus on “niche issues” such as climate change

You don't really believe this, do you? Politics, by its very nature, is a swamp. What democracies try to do is to put in place systems of governance which limit the level of corruption that Politicians or people in power can sink to. Trump and his enablers have ridden roughshod over the checks and balances. For example

- Foreign Governments paying the Trump Family
- US businesses and individuals paying the Trump family
- The Trump organisation getting beneficial treatment from foreign governments overseas
- US taxpayers subsidising Trump business ventures

Sane people never believed it. The tinfoilers still believe it. Nothing has changed.

And yet he has pissed on decades-old militarily alliances, kow-towed to the US's biggest enemies, and openly insulted his own Intelligence agencies. This man is supposed to be the Commander-in-Chief and yet he commands as much respect as second-hand toilet paper

For me personally (and YMMV) the "entertainment" value is outweighed exponentially by the fact that he's an extremely vile loathsome individual. I genuinely cannot think of one redeeming feature he has. One of the things his Presidency has done is to look back at his life, and the number of incidences of his loathsome behaviour shows what a despicable individual he is. It might be entertaining from a psychiatric point of view and I'm sure there will be many studies into how somebody like him managed to ascend to the highest office in the World but it's entertaining in the same way the "two girls, One Cup" video is entertaining.
