Deutsche Bank has all but confirmed the bank is in possession of tax returns for President Trump and some of his immediate family. Names are redacted in the letter the bank just filed in response to Monday's court order, but it's clear who they are referring to

Deutsche Bank appears to have tax returns for President Trump. Capital One Financial does not. It's hardly surprising Deutsche Bank has some of Trump's tax returns. What's shocking to me is the bank was unwilling to answer this basic question until faced with a court order

Barr is booking a $30k party at trumps hotel. Hope he got a good discount...

https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2019/08/27...

“Career ethics officials were consulted, and they determined that ethics rules did not prohibit him from hosting his annual party at the Trump hotel,” said the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the party is not a Justice Department event

I really dont get how gutless the majority of republican congressmen are, do they thing this wont come back and haunt them for decades?

They have a felon as president, multiple felonies, hes busy wrecking the economy, trade deals, international relations, NATO etc and is obviously more concerned about Russia and making a buck for himself than USA.

Lawrence O’Donnell revealed on-air last night that according to a source within Deutsche Bank, Donald Trump pays little to no taxes, and that Trump’s Deutsche Bank loans were co-signed by Russian oligarchs.

This follows court action with deusche bank, where it finally revealed it has years of trumps tax returns, bought by the Financial Services commitee who are trying to look at Trump's finances to determine whether he helped Russians and other foreign buyers launder money through his properties

That would explain why Deutsche continued to loan Trump money after every other bank had denied him and why Deutsche never seem to care if Trump paid the money back. We know they've been hugely fined for laundering Russian money.

trump wants his wall built, he knows he can't keep claiming there are new sections built when there isn't.

The Trump administration is pulling $271 million in funding from the Department of Homeland Security, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Disaster Relief Fund, to pay for immigration detention space and temporary hearing locations for asylum-seekers who have been forced to wait in Mexico, according to department officials and a letter sent to the agency by a California congresswoman.

To fund temporary locations for court hearings for asylum-seekers along the southern border, ICE would gain $155 million, all from FEMA’s Disaster Relief Fund, according to the letter from Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard, D-Calif., which was seen by NBC News.

Just as hurricane season starts
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/immigration/trump...

On top of that trump is so eager to complete hundreds of miles of border fence ahead of the 2020 presidential election that he has directed aides to fast-track billions of dollars’ worth of construction contracts, aggressively seize private land and disregard environmental rules, according to current and former officials involved with the project.

He also has told worried subordinates that he will pardon them of any potential wrongdoing should they have to break laws to get the barriers built quickly, those officials said.

Trump has repeatedly promised to complete 500 miles of fencing by the time voters go to the polls in November 2020, stirring chants of “Finish the Wall!” at his political rallies as he pushes for tighter border controls. But the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has completed just about 60 miles of “replacement” barrier during the first 2½ years of Trump’s presidency, all of it in areas that previously had border infrastructure.

Wow! Yet another big storm heading to Puerto Rico. Will it ever end? Congress approved 92 Billion Dollars for Puerto Rico last year, an all time record of its kind for “anywhere.”
9:09 AM - 27 Aug 2019

Allocated $42bn, actually been given less than $14bn according to the FEMA web site

Maybe he can nuke Puerto Rico - he hates the place anyway and can divert the storm at the same time.

Trump's net approval rating has plunged in every key battleground state since taking office in January 2017, according to Morning Consult's tracking poll.

https://www.axios.com/trump-approval-rating-swing-...

In addition to the key purple states — Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin — that both sides recognize as targets, the Trump campaign has its sights set on Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire and New Mexico, all states Trump lost in 2016

Interestingly they are all states with ancient voting machines, currently trying to update... Russia if you are listening biggrin

A vast number of assistive voting machines across Minnesota are nearing the end of their usable life and the top choice of most Minnesota counties to replace that equipment can’t currently be certified by the state

Given that Trump's rating in January 2017 were the highest they have ever been I think that's an irrelevant comparison.

A more realistic appraisal would be how they compare to his ratings 1 to 3 months before the election. My guess is that they are broadly similar (if not better now). Relying on poll ratings is clutching at straws.

Yet these are figures that are looked at as to where to push resources to convince voters (or direct russian hackers?)
