Oh this is clever, setting trump up for a no-win situation?

https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/democrats.judici...

The House Judiciary Committee have trump to send his own lawyers to ask questions at the inquiry to people who will all be legal scholars, as opposed to being witnesses to Trump’s crimes.

So trump can send his legal team, revealing who they are and what their strategy will be, or he can refuse claiming his 'illegal investigation' allowing the Dems to claim they offered but trump refused.

Nearly half of American voters, 49 percent, believe that President Trump held up military aid to Ukraine because he wanted the Ukrainian president to announce investigations that would benefit Trump politically, while 40 percent don't believe that.
And 90 percent of that 40 percent didn't understand the question.

Donald Trump denied directing Rudy Giuliani to go to Ukraine to look for dirt on his political rivals, in an interview with former Fox News host and serial sexual molester Bill O’Reilly.

It's beyond belief, and I suspect when it's over after a while we may struggle to remember if some things actually happened, this sort of thing being an example.

Does this lazy st ever do any actual work?

I'm sure one of the not Trump supporters who doesn't bother to post in this echo chamber would tell us that the Rocky Balboa photoshop is a masterful act of trolling that has had the exact desired effect.

As opposed to, say, the demented act of a narcissistic sociopath with an astonishingly fragile ego.

Precisely. A move he has repeated throughout his time in office. A master of distraction he is not, it’s obvious what is going on. It’s just virtually impossible for the media to ignore a head of state behaving in a such a bizarre manner.
