Twitter has banned the Republican candidate seeking to unseat Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) after she made making multiple posts about killing the congresswoman, the company confirmed Wednesday night.

Danielle Stella, a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump vying for Omar’s office next year, made the remarks in two posts amplifying the racist conspiracy theory that Omar, one of the first two Muslim women elected to Congress, shared sensitive intelligence with the Iranian government.

“If it is proven @IlhanMN passed sensitive info to Iran, she should be tried for #treason and hanged,” Stella wrote Tuesday of Omar, who is a frequent target in right-wing attacks.

She then reportedly tweeted a picture of “a crude depiction of a stick figure hanging from gallows,” according to The Washington Times, which was the first to report on Stella’s ban.

Well Giuliani is under pressure - now admitting he had Rudy Giuliani that meeting with a lawyer for a Ukrainian oligarch who he had previously said he had "nothing to do with., it was all media lies.

Then the White house have thrown Sondland under the bus, when they've said they have no record of the call he said he had with trump when trump said he wanted no quid pro quo, it looks like Sondland lied again to protect trump and himself.

President Trump was cranky when they spoke on the phone in September, Ambassador Gordon Sondland told members of Congress, but his words were clear: Trump wanted no quid pro quo with Ukraine.

“This is Ambassador Sondland speaking to me,” Trump said outside the White House last week, looking down to read notes he’d taken of Sondland’s testimony. “Here’s my response that he just gave: ‘I want nothing. .?.?. I want nothing. I want no quid pro quo.’?”

Sondland’s recollection of a phone conversation that he said took place on Sept. 9 has emerged as a centerpiece of Trump’s defense as House Democrats argue in an impeachment inquiry that he abused his office to pressure Ukraine to investigate Democrats.

However, no other witness testimony or documents have emerged that corroborate Sondland’s description of a call that day.

Just Security are claiming they have proof this call Sondland claimed of 'no quid pro quo' never happened
https://www.justsecurity.org/67536/heres-the-proof...

At the heart of the impeachment inquiry, members of Congress may have been mistakenly led to believe that there were two phone calls between President Donald Trump and Ambassador Gordon Sondland in early September—with the second call having the possibility of helping the President’s case. That’s not what happened. There was only one call, and it was highly incriminating.

President Trump had personally informed Sondland of his specific demands for a quid pro quo from Ukraine – and the White House National Security Council is sitting on documents that confirm it.

Remember, this is the call that trump insisted proved his innocence, that was written in big letters on Air Force 1 notepad...

The Washington post have more on this also

It's a handy time for trump to be out the country, when

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.) set a Tuesday meeting to approve the release of a report expected to detail the panel’s findings on President Trump’s dealings with Ukraine.

In keeping with committee rules, panel members are expected to be able to review the report starting at 6 p.m. Monday, 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. It comes after closed-door depositions with 17 government witnesses and televised public hearings with several of those officials.

The report is expected to be forwarded to the House Judiciary Committee for consideration of articles of impeachment against Trump. The Judiciary Committee has scheduled a Wednesday hearing to consider the historical and constitutional standards for impeachment.

but then trump is trying to run down the clock, claiming the impeachment shouldn't continue whilst he's out of town

While on vacation at Mar-a-Lago, President Donald Trump attacked Democrats for the impeachment inquiry into his solicitation of foreign election assistance.

“I will be representing our Country in London at NATO, while the Democrats are holding the most ridiculous Impeachment hearings in history,” Trump argued

“Read the Transcripts, NOTHING was done or said wrong,” Trump argued, despite the fact the transcript revealed him soliciting foreign election assistance in violation of federal law.

The scheme was also confessed on national TV by White House acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney and Trump’s defense attorney, Rudy Giuliani.

Mind you, apart from taking a leaf out of Clintons impeachment playbook and visiting the troops on thanksgiving, trumps been very quiet

The Taliban and Afghan Govt have said they've no idea what trump was talking about when he talked of ceasefires

...neither the Taliban nor the government of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani indicated that a cease-fire was near, or even being discussed in resumed U.S. negotiations.

Remember these were the ongoing talks that trump suddenly pulled the US from in September

More trump lies of course

For months, President Donald Trump has fired off tweet missives accusing House Democrats of “getting nothing done in Congress,” and being consumed with impeachment.

Trump may want to look to the Republican-controlled Senate instead. Democrats in the House have been passing bills at a rapid clip; as of November 15, the House has passed nearly 400 bills, not including resolutions. But the House Democratic Policy and Communications Committee estimates 80 percent of those bill have hit a snag in the Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is prioritizing confirming judges over passing bills.

Lisa Page has spoken out about trumps standard actions, he's done this a number of times.

"When the president accuses you of treason by name, despite the fact that I know there's no fathomable way that I have committed any crime ... he's still somebody in a position to ... do something about that. To try to further destroy my life."

https://www.thedailybeast.com/lisa-page-speaks-the...

and about Barr: "It's particularly devastating to be betrayed by an organization I still care about so deeply. And it's crushing to see the noble Justice Department ... the place I grew up in, feel like it's abandoned its principles of truth and independence."

The White House has informed House Democrats that it will not participate in the Judiciary Committee's first impeachment hearing.

Nadler said in his original letter: "At base, the President has a choice to make: he can take this opportunity to be represented in the impeachment hearings, or he can stop complaining about the process. I hope that he chooses to participate ... as other Presidents have done before."

https://www.politico.com/news/2019/12/01/trump-imp...

Mind you, as said before, trump was in a no-win situation

If he sent his lawyers to participate, it wouldn't allow him to complain about how everyone is conspiring against him because they haven’t allowed him to participate, plus his lawyers would probably be shot down trying to defend trumps claims. If he refused to send his lawyers to participate, it would hand House Democrats a talking point about how he’s acting in bad faith.

When faced with an opportunity to send someone to formally defend him during the televised House impeachment hearings, he's decided (or been advised) not to send anyone (best be quiet rather than shown to be a fool?)

Swamp news.

CREW got its hands on a Trump Hotel event contract that shows the "due diligence" the Trump Organization is doing for emoluments: there's a box event customer can check if it would be a foreign emolument (and nothing for domestic emoluments).

Interesting, Sekulow has refused to say who is actually paying for his services...

Unlike Mr. Giuliani, Mr. Sekulow is paid for representing Mr. Trump; Mr. Sekulow’s son Jordan and Mr. Roth are also on the Trump payroll.

Operating under the name Constitutional Litigation & Advocacy Group from a co-working space in a Pennsylvania Avenue office building, Mr. Sekulow, 63, coordinates the efforts of eight outside lawyers enlisted to help Mr. Trump. He is in regular touch with the White House counsel, Pat A. Cipollone, and speaks frequently with the president.

The defence of 'my boss does it so it must be ok' didn't work?

Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Alpine, is scheduled to appear in federal court Tuesday morning to plead guilty in a sweeping campaign finance investigation.

The reversal comes nearly six months after Hunter’s wife and former campaign manager, Margaret Hunter, admitted to her role in a widespread scheme that saw the couple allegedly spend more than $200,000 in campaign donations on family expenses like vacations, gas, groceries, school lunches and oral surgery.
