isn't that what they call themselves?
In a somewhat internal, joking kind of way. The way Markle uses it seems loaded with a different vibe.
Yes. I also noticed that she didn't genuflect or make the sign of the Cross when she said it, the evil harridan.

Do you not think it was odd that they have only decided to investigate the allegation now rather than 2 years ago when it happened?
Yes, odds are it is cobbled up nonsense by some workers at BP that don’t like Meghan for “reasons”.

The sheer volume of hate in the mail etc. directed clearly at her shows there is a huge demand for people with “reasons” to read this guff. Should be no surprise some of these “types” work at BP.

It’s all very sad and yet another stain on the UK on the global stage.

I don't care about what they do, but would like to see the back of the monarchy, so it's interesting watching the mess unfold.
I wouldn't be surprised if Harry & Meghan eventually divorce, but wish them all the best.

The only thing that irks me in a minor way is that they see themselves as some kind of moral authority who have a place to preach to the rest of the world about being kind, racism and service. What qualifies them? Being a b list actress and a spare prince who dressed as a Nazi? Yeah, no thanks.

I think Megan is great!

She’s shown up the family firm for what they are, a bunch of inbred, self serving hypocrites who’s sole aim is preserving their privileged positions at the expense of anything else.

She’s obviously had the conversation with senior flunkies on how to conduct herself as a royal and simply gone ‘non!’ and now they’re busily engaged in throwing grenades at each other and with every throw the royals make, it’s missing by a country mile and only highlights how far they away from the ‘little people’.

An investigation into supposed bullying? Pah! Where was the internal investigation into Andrew’s noncing?
I don’t care for any of them but the comparison with Andrew is absolutely fair in terms of press treatment and official reaction. Interesting also that the story was managed through a PR agent. I don’t recall claims against Patel and subsequent guilty verdict receiving quite so much press attention. Double standards in public life, who’d have thought it possible in 2021?

Oh I see. It's all racists, and the Times was suckered in by them blending in so well by being Palace staff.

This place really does seem riddled with racists, if we pay lots of attention to your posts.

It does seem suspiciously timed but I don't think the Palace have a choice but to investigate the allegations to be fair.

Either it comes to nothing or there's something in it.

It will end in divorce!

And Harry will come limping back. Perhaps to re-commence his trigger happy role in neo-colonial wars, having renounced his heightened concerns on structural racism in Britain?

It's going to be really good, IMO. Real 'Appointment To View' tv.

As a republican I'm happy to see a few ructions, and as a fan of angry nutters, I'm looking forward to standing on the hill and watching the fireworks.

I bet Oprah can't believe her luck.

Hint you do know how much tourism they draw to the U.K. don’t you?

You also know the alternative is to have a president setup.
Sarkozy just jailed for a year for corruption
Berlasconni jailed
Trump say no more
Putin say no more

You must also know that a presidency set up costs a huge sum countless multiples of the Crown subsidy- which itself is funded countless times with tourism draw into U.K.

A bit like the UK leaving the EU; why the heck would he want to come back? He surely wants it even less now than he did before?

It’s interesting his own brother is livid with him - to the point they have only had 1 short talk/communication is 15-18months.

William seems normal.
Harry seem(Ed) normal.

Something has gone extremely wrong .... say no more.

Surely if their goal is to be left alone: then maybe don’t do pod casts and perhaps don’t wring your washing out for the world with Oprah.

The moment you do these things you set yourself up for ridicule. Look at the car crash of an interview old non sweaty Andy’s was. What on earth possessed him to do that ?

Exactly France got rid of their lot and people still visit all the palaces and France itself.

You do know how much the presidency costs the French don’t you?

BP entry fees nearly cover the entire Crown subsidy.

Plus nearly all the £ subsidy goes into the repair costs of our palaces. France will have to pay for them too.

Oprah and Megs only met once prior to her wedding, but Oprah still made into the invite list... Clearly Meghan thought she would be a useful friendship to develop.

Yes, very much the dictionary definition of B list. Fairly successful, but most of the world had no idea who she was or probably even heard her name until she met Harry.
She might now be an A list celebrity, but as an actress she is certainly not in the small club of actors and actresses that are nearly universally known in the western world. She certainly would not have been getting approached to be the star in any big hollywood productions.
