I’m always amazed how many people on PH quote stories in the Mail and then slag it off suggesting it’s for the great unwashed with an IQ in single figures.

The irony is lost I guess…..
They'd be masturbating furiously if the same whatever-the-fk-that-is was written about Boris Johnson, that guy who had his bank account closed, Piers Morgan or their ilk.....
Sadly it all depends on who is the target. Same phenomenon as those who cry out at the merest whisper or suggestion of any question regarding acceptance of different culture, identity, or any band wagon they can leap on to show how liberal or enlightened they are, or as you say to have a poke at a Grrrr X target, oh but Jews, now that's different apparently, and then the venom is really deployed.
But the fancy-pants way you've written that certainly makes it look (to me) like you are part of it. smile

Well you are completely wrong. Whether it's fancy-pants or not, what's wrong with simply calling out hypocrisy?

It's all part of being judgemental which it looks like you are being with you elaborate descriptions of your targets. Sorry that's personal but you do look to me like the type of person you are describing. Clearly my mistake. Dare I say, misjudgement. smile

Prince Harry & Hugh Grant accuse the next CEO of the Washington Post of helping to lead a coverup of Murdoch’s tabloid hacking scandals more than a decade ago.

I think the Post Office/Fujitsu people have taken the pressure off them for a while.

Interested to listen to the Rest is Entertainment podcast by Richard Osman and Marina Hyde comparing the media second 'career' of the Obamas vs Ginge and Whinge. They don't come out of it well, Marina Hyde really seemed to relish the "F-ing Grifters" quote.

Anyway to the point, Osman stated that Harry's book Spare is the fastest selling hardback "of all time." Already more than earnt back the 200 million advance so is now into extra income. Which is also before it goes to paperback and the sales really take off.

However as pointed out they only have one angle, namely "Grrr Royals" which has limited life to say the least, and absolutely no hint of anything under development or even new ideas or any clue really.
