Epstein accuser Jennifer Araoz filed a lawsuit against his estate, his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell and three unnamed female household staff.

Araoz alleges she was repeatedly sexually assaulted by Epstein at his New York City townhouse when she was 14 and 15 years old, including a forcible rape in 2002. She first disclosed her alleged abuse publicly in an exclusive TODAY Show interview with Savannah Guthrie of NBC News on July 10, the same day she filed papers in New York state court saying she intended to sue Epstein.

The complaint Araoz filed Wednesday alleges Maxwell and the other staffers “conspired with each other to make possible and otherwise facilitate the sexual abuse and rape of Plaintiff.”

The suit is among the first to be filed against Epstein's estate following his death by suicide Saturday. It amends a suit she intended to file against him to name his estate as a defendant.

2 and 3 are not true they are rumours and alegations if the type I was pointing out and the trump thread has plenty.

I am not going to trawl through that thread as it doesn't interest me and if you have not noticed it first time arount it just shiws you are happy for rumours and sourious alegations to confirm your prejudice.

2 and 3 are reported from conversations with people once removed from those directly involved - you're not going to get much closer at this stage. Most of us appear to be mature adults and can make a judgement on their validity by considering the source (Vanity Fair and NYT in this case), you could of course shout "Fake News" but not being a Trump supporter you wouldn't sink to those depths would you?

Odd that you're not interested in 'that thread' though as it seems to be littered with your febrile, nonsensical posts, most of which are defending the indefensible actions of a man you profess not to support. Strange.

Still wondering why it took so long to get to his island of ill repute.
I would imagine his legal team have been preventing it in some way until his death.

I am sure we will find out soon enough whae they start passing the buck like a hot potato.
There's still his ranch, I don't think thats been raided yet, then his houses in Paris, Nice and Biarritz . He has rather a large estate

There was a large fire on his island at the start of this year, which could be innocent, or could have been some kind of mass destruction of evidence.

Or do it themselves?
"The American investigation has highlighted ties with France. It therefore seems fundamental to us, and for the victims, that an investigation should be opened in France so that all the light is shed on this matter," France’s Gender Equality Minister Marlène Schiappa said in a joint statement with the child welfare minister, Adrien Taquet.

Apparently it is clear to the american preppers that he was working for the “joos” getting dirt and hence useful blackmail material on the rich, famous and influential. So he’s not actually dead, he’s been spirited away by Mossad and is hidden in a luxury villa in Palestine having his identity changed. Elvis is there too.

Epstein had broken bones in the neck, but the official autopsy hasn't been announced.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/autopsy-fi...

Didn't one report say he had tied a bedsheet to the bunk and thrown himself forward, that would result in the hyoid damage?

To be fair, whether or not you like your hats made of bacofoil, the 'dissapearance' of Ghislaine Maxwell is interesting connected story; in hiding, or put out of harm's way?

I am usually totally anti-conspiracy theory, but this whole thing just comes across as massively suspicious.

The more I read the more I think “like fk” he committed suicide. Even tearing a bedsheet without a knife if nigh on impossible, then to be mid 60’s and have enough force to throw yourself forwards enough to kill you. Yep, whatever.

This is quite a good example of Occam's razor versus conspiracy theories when conspiracy theories go mainstream rather than tin foil hat.

Bring it on. biggrin

On the other hand, in the greater scheme of things such as the global economy, this is nothing apart from an entertaining tidbit.

The blight on bananas has probably a bigger impact than Epstein in 2019.

Who would have thought it, a big banana or Epstein ?

Papers have already tracked her to Boston. She's keeping a very low profile, has since Epstein was arrested

There's probably more in the who gave Epstein the ability to do it, who enabled the suicide. Taking out the cell mate, Epstein off suicide watch, perhaps rota in guards known for sleeping on the job, or maybe there was a window of opportunity and Epstein took it? He tried once

He tied the bedsheet to the top bunk, then around his neck and threw himself forward. From the top bunk, gravity, then strangulation, is the probable cause?

She's in America. Massachusetts I think.
