There was no premeditation and proving intent will be impossible. This one is a dead cert case of manslaughter.

It’s not so much the house values, it’s the fact that people have chosen to live peacefully in that area because of its location, will have worked hard to get to afford a property there and have a right to enjoy what they have without total scum buggering it up on a daily basis.k we all put up with it and accept how these people chose to live. kers Being council owned the neighbours could have a Human Rights case against it - their quiet enjoyment of their own property being adversely affected by morons on council land.
And the same goes for anyone living near one of these shanty towns ridden with crime.

Hopefully he is the guilty person or persons and there is ample evidence for beyond reasonable doubt.
Just thinking right now he and his wife would have been starting to enjoy their first few days of their honeymoon. Sometimes life is so cruel - I hope his wife parents family and friends can in time have some of the shattering rawness of his death eased.

From everything that people who knew him and had the benefit of his work have written he certainly was one of the good guys taken from us at the prime of his life.
