Decent Bloke...well as long as you don't ask his kids, if they know they are his or his estranged wife...I wonder if its a 1st in British history, a sitting Primeminster in No10 with his mistress whilst married to another woman who is now left alone to bring up their children alone!
What a role model!

Cummings left the campaign a week or two ago, I believe.

Nice rant though,

Matt..

I still believe there are no viable options.

Probably going to spoil my ballot paper.

My prediction - Tory majority due to foul weather preventing your average Labour voter getting off their fat arses to vote hehe

Brilliant! A ban? How do I go about getting one of those? (I’d guess it’s to do with calling Tory voters naughty words). I’ve just about had it with social media “debate” regarding the two main parties I’m afraid, but keep getting drawn in, ineluctably.

I find it truly baffling that people are entirely able and willing to ignore the complete shambles of the last nine years, and vote for the Tories again (being 40 odd years old, I can remember the previous Tory administrations demonstrating similar amounts of disdain and contempt for the electorate, although I’ll admit that this campaign has seen hitherto unknown amounts of brazen duplicity).

There is incompetence, and shameless ambition on display from these reckless fools, and yet, there are people in their droves wanting to continue their line of brutal cuts. I can understand the wealthy wanting to protect their own status. I do not, however comprehend how anyone on the breadline can see the Tories for anything other then the vain, avaricious hypocrites they really are.

It’s the generations after me I feel sorry for.

In response to those who’ve accused me of abject failure. I’m retired at 43 and quite happy thanks: and getting more and more left wing as I get older. Self interest has no interest for me, and only those who are grasping, selfish, and inward looking would seek to re-elect the imbeciles currently in government .

I’m off to do my bit tomorrow, ferrying the less able to and fro the polling station.

Indeed. That's another reason why 2025 will be very different once Corbyn has gone. Probably the last Conservative government for a long time.
So who do you think will replace him to take on the Tories?
I'm not sure tbh, but pretty much anyone will wipe the floor with the Conservatives.

It's not an either/or, the vast majority are in between, have some aspiration and they're scared of Corbyn taking it and anything else they have away.

And you're worried about future generations but are presumably happy for them to pay for Corbyn's mass borrowing spree?

I've (postal) voted Boris. First Tory vote of my life. I don't like him, he's a knob, but it's better than a far left socialist Corbyn at the helm. I predict Boris will get a clear majority, which hopefully will be the end of JC, and a credible opposition can be formed. That's my hope.

Me too. I cannot believe people (except those who go through life on benefits) are stupid enough to believe Corbyn/McDonnel crap. What short memories or how uneducated are the populace?

200 seat majority is how it should be.

Any less and our education system is still lagging behind, even though results show it is leaping back up international standards tables.

Is there anyone who actually believes that he is a nice man?

I've worked for some very nice bosses. They were great family people who took their kids to football and I would have loved to have had as a dad, but they were absolutely hopeless at leading an organisation and making difficult decisions.

The most ruthless bd that I ever had the misfortune to meet ultimately saved the unit that I was in. He did it by sacking people and slashing costs ruthlessly. Thanks to him, some of us had a job, rather than none of us.

The people are smart enough to know when they're being lied to by a weak leader who looks like a wreck. That's why the Tory lead is falling away. Pure and simple.

Tories start melting if they come in to contact with a bit of perfume? Hahaha. Says a lot about their personal hygiene I think and probably why they support a leader who looks like he has just crawled out of a sewer.

But seriously, this Tory activist may have just stank and a member of the public was giving a helping hand? Nothing to see here.
I know the uncle and aunt of Katie Piper. To make light of acid attacks or suspected acid attacks is disgusting.

It's neither an acid attack nor a suspected acid attack. You're looking for offence where there is none. Grow up.

That comres one looks like an outlier but even so, tomorrow my tipples of choice will be a glass or two of a fine Bordeaux, followed by a nice Dalwhinnie, and a side order of revolver if it all starts getting a bit CCCP around 2 in the morning.

Enjoy tomorrow and remember to vote!
(My money is on a 30-40 majority for the Tories: those numbers look mostly strong).
