And Corbyn didn't have the good manners to applaud his opponents.

Richmond was a walloping for the Tories. Not unexpected but emblematic of the new political dividing lines.

If I lived in Islington I'd give my vote to Nick the Incredible Flying Brick before Jeremy Has-Been.

Prof Curtice suggesting that Labour could end up with less than the 209 seats that the party won in 1983.

This sounds horrible but having listened to Thornberry i’m convinced the only answer to labour is that her attitude needs to be responded to with a no prisoner, hammer it into the dirt, fk you.
Well, I heard it straight from the horses mouth, Mike Foster no less (labour, worcester, who's private members bill brought in the foxhunting ban) that after the 1997 election, labour wanted to well and truly "rub their [conservatives] noses in it".

I wonder why Thornberry thinks the boot might be on the other foot?

Oh Corbyn monoxide's majority has slipped too. Not by much, but as an opposition leader 26,200 majority over libs, 33,215 majority in 2016. Corbyns majority dropped by 7000.

What time will we hit the magic 500 page, at this rate, we're running at 12 pages an hour. Might have to alert the mods.
